The Entangled Prey
The Entangled Prey
Entangled the self,
in the cobweb of love?
Bestrew the miseries,
Swoop thy hands to eradicate the gossamer.
The love that enfeebled you.
Don't be a bier of lassitude.
Why thee vanquish? why thee wail?
I could feel your scorched soul.
Labyrinth of love gives pleasure and pain.
The creator of cobweb flatters thee,
Anticipates thy entry, sings a magical song,
Ignites the passion, widens the arms,
To enfold and embosom you.
Love him with ebullience, till he sucks the ichor,
Ephemeral love is the cobweb of life.
