Childhood Friends who played together

did their homework together

Shared their best times of life 

And knew each other's, family members

There was affection and bonding 

They were envious and jealous

But still, there was a fondness for eachother

Their friendship broke with the entry of a new friend 

There was some misunderstanding

They stopped talking to eachother

Things changed, and people changed 

Circumstances and places changed

There was no contact situation

Friends got separated after studies

Got busy in their life, career

New friends, colleagues, and work

Time changed, both were married now

Busy with their own families

Days passed, and years passed

Achievements and success they got

They attained maturity in thinking

There was no jealousy or envy

They wanted to know about eachother

 Wanted to talk and share many things

School/college friends reunited on social media 

Many friends, meetings, and talks

But no clue about childhood's best friend

One fine day they came into contact

Lot many things, and emotions they shared

They talked about their family members

But the feelings were the same

They promised to meet very soon
