For Peace

I just want to talk to you,

More than my lips would say.

I just want to see you,

More than a chat would do.

But now we both are in a different world

Where I can see the ocean,

And you can see the mountains.

I can see albatross in the ocean

for the first time,

And now they are enjoying freedom.

I saw creatures roaming around the town

for the first time,

And I have seen these things only in the zoo or any pictures.

I have learned from books that the colour of sky is blue ,

And for the first time, I find it's right.

Threatening, killing, harming all have vanished and nature is blushing.

Friend, we are away by distance and I miss your pranks and foolishness.

I still remember the days,

When miss caught you while sleeping in the class, those were the days I laughed the most.

I just want to pick you up to the heights of dreams,

Where you and me alone, sailing our ship to the unknown,

As I can see you and you can see me and our hearts have glued to each other and no one can detach us.

Everywhere is peace,

And there is no need for iPod or podcasts.

When the real creatures got lockdown,

The world got its peace.
