We all have days we dread

Where we slog ourselves for bread

Going through monotonous routines

To pay for those beautiful dresses on the mannequins

During these struggles, we feel left out

But there are people who help us so that we don’t have to take a handout

We love these people to the moon and back

Because they are the reason we can build a home within a shack

We normally take them for granted

But more or less life makes us realise that they give us all the love we always wanted

We can also just hold them close

Because we know they will never tell us adios

A father, mother, brother or sister

It does not matter if we are a Mrs or a Mr

We can always have love

For which we do not need to bow

When we feel like the world closes in and we start screaming I Want To Break Free

They are always around us like a tree full of leaves

To sum our day we come home

To our iron dome

Where even with the things that change

Love and family always the persistent constant
