Gate to heart, you are

When you gaze at me

The piercing nature of yours

Engulfs me, and makes me intoxicated

I feel the thrill in romance

Only when you

Get enthralled, in the inebriation

Created by the meeting of yours with mine

If not I don’t feel, nor my heart reacts.

 

I see my body through you

When it reflects my image

As I see you through too

Expression of love,

May be through heart

But you visibly express it out

It does not require language

Once you are wide open.

 

You are a revelation

You can suck me in anger

And make me scary

Or melt like ice in the water

And make me feel nimble

Nothing is as expressive

As you are

At serenity

Or otherwise

 

When the thorn pricks the legs

Or when death is mourned

I can sense, the feel

As you become wet

And you get dilated

Expressing the pain underwent

 

 As I care and love

And hold on

When the lashes

Wink and close

Expressing the keenness

To get the lovely kiss

Is as beautiful

And serene

As a small breeze

Passing through
