I tried to use the sunset to

Describe you but every

 Time my eyes wandered

Over the horizons my

Words failed me and

I started to remember the

Smell of your perfume and

Crack in your voice.

I remember the wrinkle

Of your collar and your

Smile being a little crooked.

Every sliver of color that

Embedded in that golden sky,

Can't even come close to

Describe the blue you left

In my colorless day.
