Bid Adieu

We came here as perfect strangers,

Colossal dreams filling our eyes

Had no clue about our future though,

Its bandwidth portrayed infinite size.

We had intersecting goal points.

And, we picked the shortest path

It was same for us all,

So we did the necessary math.

We treaded upon it together

Every corner every turn, each bend

Became the best of friends along the way

Knowing our journey must someday end.

Today, we have finally reached that goal

And though our ways must now part

We shall cherish, and maintain these bonds forever.

I wish you all the best of luck from my heart!

An occasional "wassup, how've you been?"

For even if we have to part now,
