All of me the way they see
All of me the way they see
Maybe because I don't speak
People may think I am meek
Just like any other, but I know better,
I'm not a talker I have a soul far more striking
They may fail to notice what's so good about me
They'll judge yes, and depict me how they want
But will I show them?
That a silent person is not just a sweet vapid
Let this be an anthem for me
For the world to see
Just because they lack the creativity
To understand what I am truly
Its always " I don't speak" never "they don't hear"
The kinder ones say I'm insecure
Loudmouths put me for the narcissist
Which almost makes me think I'm too good for them
When will there come a time?
When they know that deep beneath
There's an intelligence they fail to see
Humour so beyond their capacity
All this they never knew,
But they must voice their opinions of me
So they all just say
She is sweet and kind, that's all we see.
