Should have the courage

To speak up the truth,

Knowledge of

The right and the wrong,

The good and the bad

Should have the the ability to understand

Each member of the team,

To understand the situation

And to understand own self

 

The one who leads

Should know the consequences

Of every experiment,

The reason why it failed

Or the reason why it succeeded

 

The one who leads,

Should know to divide

The credit as well as the failure,

Not give it to one or

Not blame it on one

 

A leader can't be a leader

Without the feeling of team spirit

And sportsmanship,

The one who has it all

Is a true leader
