A Real Fairy Tale
A Real Fairy Tale
Love wasn't real for me
It was what I thought to be a fairy tale
Roses seemed lovely in the garden
But never have I gotten a rose
From someone who for me
Will go down on his knees
Looking at the couples
All around me
I was happy to see love all around
But for me, it was yet a dream
Never have I thought
My guy would be handsome enough
To make others jealous
I just want him beside me
We reading novels
A cup of hot coffee in hands
And sometimes he reading me out
Rumi's poems of love.
And finally my dream took
The shape of reality
And there he was always
Listening to my poems much shitty.
On my birthday he gifted me
A lot of novels with a bunch of roses
There started our journey
From rose to promises
The promise to bear me no matter what
The promise to trust me always
The promise to hold my hands forever
The promise to make our love
As beautiful as roses.
He did as he said
There was no fakeness
In this world full of betrayals
He became my real world of fairy-tale.
