A Heart's Vision
A Heart's Vision
You tend to see only that can be seen,
Little do you read through the lines between.
By the time you realize the damage may be done,
You may want to speak, but to be heard now, you may have none.
"What you see is what you believe", the eyes often say,
"Not necessarily true", the heart shall convey.
You feel distracted by the commotion thus caused,
With numb eyes, heavy heart, feeling shuddered, trembled, paused.
The heart, though small, expresses at large,
It is simply not a place where you can barge.
It has no sight, b
ut can see beyond opacity,
When it comes to expressing, it knows no capacity.
With full conviction, it unabatingly sheds love,
Disregarding any hurt, the agony, the pain, it rises above.
The eyes can weep, thus feel better, but this can not be leveraged by the heart,
It continues to care until torn apart.
Surpass the line of sight, trust the heart, see what is untold,
The heart speaks louder when the lips are on hold.
Love needs no voice, it is unconditional, invariably inevitable,
You only have to see beyond what is visible.
