Unity : Need of the hour

Feeling unsafe today is an understatement,

Staying inside seems the only abatement,

For those who are seeking an opportunity out of this,

You really need to awake, don't stoop to this extent.

Life will never always be about you,

We are all the same underneath the sky so blue,

Not all can come forward in this phase of dire,

But if you can, don't let humanity bid adieu.

Even if you can lend a finger, do it with your heart,

In this environment so cruel, threatening to tear apart,

And if you don't, I'll pray that you get someone to share your guilt,

That you had your chance of redemption and you didn't play your part.

Please do whatever you can in your capacity,

Unity against this virus is the need, it is where we as humans show our audacity,

Keep up the spirits of everyone around, stay home as much, stay positive,

Stop quarrelling, it's about strength, moral courage and utmost tenacity.

Share as much information, help those struggling to get food,

There is plenty of time, to settle any feud,

Take utmost care of yourself, show oneself love and to those who you love,

As love is an experience in which our whole being will definitely get renewed.
