A Haunted Walk Home
A Haunted Walk Home
I walk towards home all alone
Not bothered about those faint moans
I walk about completely unaware
Of the witch behind me with bright silver hair
Behind me I feel something burn
But I resist the urge to turn
As I heard, the one who confronts
Is the one she loves to hunt
In a hushed voice she says to me
Before I had the chance to flee
Here in the forest dark and deep
I offer you eternal sleep
Her sliver hair seems so bright
Like the moon on a dark night
Her voice is so melodious
But the work she does is so vicious
She asks me to come with her
But her face seems so blur
My body is petrified with fright
On seeing that horrifying sight
I see the flayed coming in a line
Shadowing the bright moon's shine
I suffer from great fear
On knowing that the end is near
