A Deceptive Ending

I regret the end,

The end was deceptive in nature,

The end that was despicable in approach,

The way we parted and the finality of it,

The tragic days that followed,

Immediately after our parting,

The way we couldn't leave,

One another without deep wounds,

The way we made it till now,

Seems as if all the good things,

That we shared was indeed,

A wasted time and effort!
