A Captain's Journey

 A Captain's journey is not an easy one

First, he has to be a cadet and gain a lot of knowledge

The second stage comes, he has to be a third mate and be an expert in his field

In the third stage, his position has levelled up to Second mate but he underestimates himself as not being wise enough for this profession.

The fourth stage is an invitation, even though he is promoted to Chief Officer he realizes he has missed gaining knowledge

At the final stage, he is now the Captain of the ship and he failed to understand at the right time but soon realizes in this ocean of knowledge he knows only a few drops

In the ladder of our professions, we seldom find the graph is not a straight line but rather a parabola

Many of us are less aware of the difficulties one has to face in order to be a Captain

Like the gusty winds, a captain's mind has to be strong

Like the dancing waves of the ocean, a captain has to remain open to challenges

Like a calm and serene ocean, a captain should not lose his cool 

When the sea is rough, sunshine, the ray of hope is overshadowed by the grey clouds

Searching for a lighthouse becomes a tough job 

The pole star, the optimism on a desolate night at the sea

The Captains only know what it takes to face the sea.
