Which Side Are You On?

We all have heard " Honesty is the best policy" and that transparency in the actions of government signifies the democracy. Love and compassion for others is a great tool to establish any relation. But this is all that we have heard and have always seen in retrospect.

Honesty is the building block of any relationship. The solidification of a relationship requires a lot of patience to listen and talk about honest opinions. There are a lot of parents who don't even know what their children can do. Sometimes they would not even believe others by dismissing their arguments to be in that bubble where they know their children. It is always better to have notorious children having their parents known what they truly are than a nightmare dressed like a daydream. This is an example of honesty. It doesn't necessarily encompass all the moral parameters but to some level, yes it would because it does not keep anybody in the dark which is of utmost importance. 

The quality to be transparent and honest with your parents, siblings, and friends is what makes these relations stronger and longlasting. 

Even with teachers, some students get too much frank or I'd rather say forget what that relation stands for, problems arise. Being transparent doesn't and shouldn't be confused with being vulnerable. Transparency of you as a student is what that teacher needs and not your personal life. Similarly, when we talk about #seedhibaat, it talks about straight talks in context. Like you would want to know what the Government is doing or why a certain teacher teaches that way? and bla bla.

Also, apart from you, it saves the time of others as well. This might bring it on their face, but this is what we need. Most of the time, we, humans tend to bitch about others but this brings negativity. 

If somebody needs to improve something, then instead of bitching , you can frame your opinion in a better way and convey that with positivity. It is very easy to pinpoint but very difficult to correct. It's always better to be in the shade of honesty than being in the light of fallacy. 

It definitely starts with our own selves. Acceptance of who we are and what we can do is the first step. The first relation you build is with yourself. The person who is not truthful to himself would fail to establish any other relation. 

The people you love fall in the next step where you have the chance to pick. Ignoring and avoiding a certain argument in the fear of rejection would be an ignitor of long term betrayal. 

Every individual needs to know the truth about other people who belong to them in any way. It is the foremost indicator of a healthy, strong, and peaceful relation.
