A Snapshot Of My Memory Cache
A Snapshot Of My Memory Cache
Ah, that was me, a Blithe girl!
With unbraided hair, always on a twirl.
Dusty clothes and naughtiness more,
A gusty storm wouldn't make me care.
My tunes were merry;
I chose not to worry;
Those days of spring -
Oh what joy it used to bring!
School days were so much fun,
With friends around whose hearts I won.
The toughest tests we used to crack -
Just a gesture was enough for laugh.
The road seemed never to end;
No, but no, my life had to bend,
Soon I had to turn prudent -
In this boundless world, I remain a student.
If I were to make a wish,
Childhood I want to keep me nourished,
Bring me back my days of pleasure,
School times, I will seal you and Treasure!
