World Environment Day

 Every year on the 5th day of June i.e. 5th June World Environment Day (W.E.D) is celebrated to make people aware and tell them about nature and its benefits. It is said that nature is our best friend even doctors recommend going out or taking a break from their daily routine and enjoying nature’s beauty. But it is only possible if we take care of mother nature and utilize the resources provided effectively without wasting and misusing them. Nature wants to talk personally and wants to urge/ appeal to something and it will be the birthday gift to the environment or nature.

Hi, I am Nature and although I am from the start you all recognized me and started celebrating my day on June 5th 1974. First I want to thank you all for celebrating my birthday every year by using unique methods to make everyone aware and provoking to save my life to make the future better. This year I am going to celebrate my birthday in Sweden. Every year I celebrate my birthday with some theme and this year’s theme is “only one Earth” i.e. this year’s focus is to bring the world together for making the Earth and me convenient and a clean place to live.

I have several questions in my mind and I am also very angry with you. I have a simple question do you clean your house daily or once when you entered your house? I am going to straight ask you why you emphasize or focus on cleaning me only on my birthday. Why do you plant trees only on 5th June? Don’t you think you are killing yourself by wasting and not utilizing the resources I have given and what will you tell your future (kids)? How will you survive in summers and winters without water and trees?

If you want to give me something as a gift so I request you to clean me by reducing pollution by avoiding cutting trees and trying to plant as many trees as possible.
