Whispers of Words

The night sky was full of stars but no moon, so I switched on a lamp and started writing this article about my favourite thing to do on such beautiful nights...

So, what do you do to unwind? What is your leisure time activity or your free time hobby? Let me tell you mine, it is to time travel, or to explore an alternate universe, or to live in mythology, or to follow someone's life. All through a book!

I assure you there is no less pleasure than diving deep into the world of paper and ink. Whether is an action-packed adventure story or a nonsensical romantic, a complex and witty psychological thriller or a hilarious and whimsical comedy, you are sure to enjoy it. As you rifle through the numerous genres available, one is very likely to suit your taste.

Do you think your life is not ‘interesting’ enough? Well then live vicariously through the characters of the book you’re reading. May it be Harry Potter and Percy Jackson, or Atticus Finch and Elizabeth Bennet. Be in the characters’ shoes and experience a different reality, all from the safety of your own home.

Oh yes, reading a book is fun, but do you know what is even more fun? It’s getting involved in the fandom, a group of like-minded people who share crazy ideas about the stories! With the emergence of numerous social media platforms, you can easily write fan fictions (fanfics) and share priceless memes too. The making of fan art is another possibility as well. I personally guarantee that they are a truly immersive pastime activity.

The stars shining bright whisper these words to me so...
