Waste Management

Waste management is the process of recycling waste and disposing of it in the correct way. Waste management is important as it reduces the segregation of waste at the landfills which causes a lot of deadly diseases and violates the hygienic conditions. The toxic waste in the landfill also dirties the underground water.

To follow waste management we should follow 2 main things the 4r’s reduce, reuse, repair, and recycle. And the second thing is the following of the disposal of waste in two dustbins of different colors so that it can be determined which waste can be recycled and which cannot be.

This knowledge about waste management can be developed by the awareness programs in schools from a small age, especially in the rural and slum areas. This will reduce many types of diseases and increase sanitization.
