VELVET REBELLION •

~ A letter to her, My Soul !!!

To my gurl, my sister, my fearless flame,

you know my chaos, you love me the same.

You remind me that laughter is never erased,

it lingers like perfume the heart can still taste.

You hand me mirrors I once turned away,
yet with your light, I learn to stay.

In your words, I find my spark,

you sharpen my voice, you ignite my dark.

Yes, I confess.

I’m obsessed with desire,

dark romance devours, it sets me on fire.

I spill it too often, I know it’s a lot,

but obsession is magic. "How else is it caught?"

We sip tea like champagne, we giggle, we plot,

we’re corrupted, admit it, but broken we’re not.

We wear storms like jewelry, thunder like heels,

we laugh at our scars, we sing as it heals.

We’re velvet rebellion, we’re roses with thorns,

we’re midnight confessions, we're love newly sworn.

Every shadow has taught us, each wound made us wise,

we rise from the ashes with fire in our eyes.

So thank you, my sisters, for loving me true,

for the laughter, the patience, the wildness too.

To the one who keeps my smile alive,

to the one who sees my true self in my twisted life.

This Verse is my gift, my confession, my song,

with you, my tribe, I know I belong.

To the gurlies who turn tea into champagne,

to the sisters who giggle, plot, and heal with me,

to the women who see my smile behind the chaos,

to the ones who made storms feel like home.

This is my vow, my fire, my forever gratitude.

And when the world whispers we’re “too much” to be,

I’ll laugh with my gurlies, because “too much” is me.
