ONCE UPON A TIME THERE LIVED A GUY NAMED "SHYAM" HE HAS SO LOW SELF ESTEEM BECAUSE HE BELONGS TO THE MINORITY CASTE SO HE WAS ALWAYS BULLIED BY THE OTHER FARMERS IN THE VILLAGE AND NOBODY USED TO HELP HIM FOR WHAT HE WAS DOING AND ALL THE FARMERS FROM THAT VILLAGE WOULD SELL THEIR GROCERIES FOR A HIGH RATE BUT SHYAM'S CROP WAS GIVEN A LOW PRICE SO HE USED TO SELL ONLY SOME OF HIS CROPS AND GETS TO HIS HOUSE AS NO ONE LIKED TO EVEN TALK TO HIM HE WAS AN UNTOUCHABLE SO HE USED TO LIVE ALL ALONE AND WHILE IT CONTINUES THERE COMES MONSOON SEASON BUT THERE ARE NO RAINS COMING TOWARDS THEM

SO AS THE TIME PASSES BY IT COMES TO BECOME FAMINE AND THERE WILL BE NO RAIN IN MONTHS IN FIRST EVERYONE N THE VILLAGE THOUGHT IT TO BE A SMALL NATURAL CALAMITY BUT WHEN IT GROWS UP TO A PANDEMIC TO THE VILLAGE AS THE VILLAGERS ARE SELFISH THEY REFUSE TO SHARE THEIR GROCERIES WITH OTHERS AND THE SITUATION GOES EVEN WORSE AND THEN HERE COMES SHYAM AS HE HAS SAVED A LOT OF GROCERIES AND DIDN'T SELL THEM DUE TO LOW COST GET'S INTO THE VILLAGE AND SHARES HIS GROCERIES WITH THE FARMERS IN THE VILLAGE AT FIRST THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT HIS FOOD BUT THEIR INTENTIONS CHANGE DUE TO PANDEMIC THEY GET INTO SO THEY ACCEPT HIS FOOD AND HE SOON GIVES HIS ENTIRE GROCERIES EQUALLY TO ALL THE VILLAGERS BUT EVEN THOUGH VILLAGERS NEVER SPEAK TO HIM DIRECTLY AND NEVER SEE HIM AS HE NEEDS TO BE SEEN

BUT HE KEEPS ON GIVING THEM FOOD AND ON ONE FINE DAY HE WAS LEFT WITH NO GROCERIES THEN THE LEADER OF THE VILLAGE WRITES A LETTER TO THE GOVERNMENT ADDRESSING THEIR SITUATION SO AFTER A WEEK THE GOVERNMENT RESPONDS TO THIS LETTER AND SENDS SOME OF THEIR MEN FOR HOSPITALITY AND NOW THE VILLAGERS ARE STILL THE SAME AND THEY FIGHT FOR THE FOOD DISTRIBUTED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND THEN SHYAM COMES AND ASKS FOR SOMETHING TO EAT AS HE HIMSELF HASN'T EATEN ANYTHING SINCE A WEEK AS HIS GROCERIES CAME TO AN END BY GIVING IT TO ALL THE VILLAGERS SO EVERYONE REFUSES TO GIVE HIM ATLEAST A BREAD AND AT LAST THE LEADER OF THE VILLAGE COMES TO HIM AND GIVES HIM A PIECE OF BREAD TO EAT SO FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HIS LIFE SHYAM HAS A SMILE ON HIS FACE AND HE WALKS TO HIS HOME BY THE BREAD IN HIS HAND AND IN THE WAY HE NOTICES A HUNGRY DOG WHICH HAS IT'S SKIN STUCK WITH IT'S BONES AS IT ALSO HASN'T EATEN ANYTHING FROM MONTHS SO HE CONVINCES HIMSELF THAT "I HAVE MY LIMBS TO GET FOOD AND ALSO I CAN ASK FOR FOOD BUT THE POOR DOG AIN'T GOT THOSE" AND HE GIVES THE BREAD IN HIS HAND TO THAT HUNGRY DOG AND WALKS HOME WITH NOTHING LEFT

AND SHYAM WITNESSES THE WONDERFUL PERFUME OF DRIZZLING RAINDROPS AND THEN THERE COMES THE RAINFALL FOR WHICH THEY HAVE ANTICIPATED SINCE MANY MONTHS AND SHYAM WALKS FREELY ENJOYING THE BEAUTIFUL RAIN
