He wishes to fulfill your expectation to buy pairs of bangles............ But fails to..... Because he has to count for the wedding of his sister. Try to understand.... 

He prepares a detailed plan for outing with his love.............. But rethinks....... how could he ignore his ill, aged dependent mother.........? Try to understand...... 

He loves you more than himself....... and wants to see you always smiling....... pretending to be happy enough even having a tussle with the boss in office....... Try to understand........ if he is mum on your romantic mood..... 

Sometimes he neglects you with the hope that...... You being the nearest and dearest one could understand his feelings better......... 

His heart also takes a blood bath every now and then........... for not fulfilling your wishes.......

Very often he finds himself on the cross roads of his duty and own happiness ..........prefers the first......  Try to understand. 

Just can't say "I love you " does mean has no love for you.......
