“JUST LISTEN TO ME!!!!” after saying this she slammed the door and left the place. Erica, a sixteen year old girl… she was stubborn, clumsy weird and a lot more which a sixteen year old girl should not have. She just entered her ‘sweet sixteen’ but it wasn’t sweet though. Sixteen is the only age where you experience a lot of adventures, ups and downs, craziness and a lot more. Erica was insecure about her looks, behavior, people around her and a lot of things. Even though being crazy and weird was her unique quality he was still insecure about it. She experienced a lot in her teenage which anyone could hardly imagine.

It was June 20, Erica stepped out of the house in a heavy rain heading towards the school. Not until she reached the school she met with an accident . It was terrible, people around her came and helped her but due to unconsciousness she couldn’t recall a thing. After coming back to her senses she realized ‘life is so precious’. She came back home, laying on her bed staring at the selling thinking “ what could have happened even if one of her suicide attempts would’ve come out successful…?” no matter how hard she tried she couldn’t erase the thoughts from her head. She was devastated by her own thoughts, didn’t realized what to do. After a while she recovered, she decided to go to a therapist. She thought’ maybe that could give her an indication to clear her thoughts. Even though it was difficult for her to hold onto things with a different perspective, she kept on trying hard not to be judged by the society, which was impossible.

She gave her best to get loved by people, Until she realizes she just needs to herself. After a traumatic experience she was exhausted. She couldn't figure out what to do and what not to do. After recovering she started going back to school like a normal girl, but the thing was no one used to look at her like the same anymore. Erica used to let her anger out by crying all night and waking up as if nothing happened. This made her even more insecure, not getting a clue what’s going on in your head gets on your nerves even more. She questioned herself, “ why am I not good enough?”

While trying to find motivation through the little things that surrounded it, lil' did she know that custom helps enough. Erica was highly motivated to do nothing. She was afraid of her dreams would come true, cuz she believed in ‘all the dreams come true; but nightmares are dreams too’ She lay on her bed dreaming what would have happened if she had changed certain things in her life. Thinking positively she started changing her daily routine, what she does and doesn't... And so on. Her therapy was coming to an end and so her 'sweet sixteen' which was showing a positive result. Even if Erica spends most of her time alone in her room, that doesn't matter. Her sadness has never disappeared, but she has not allowed it to affect her loved ones and loved ones. She was pleased to see such a radical change in herself.

Accepting yourself as you are is the toughest thing among all the others. Do whatever you want, the insecurities are everywhere about it, the way you deal with it. Life is too short and there is not enough time for remembrance. Like every second you get, create mementos, spread love... As we get older, life becomes increasingly difficult. You call the shots. Spread your thoughts, make yourself known. Tell them you're more powerful than you seem.
