The Unseen struggle: Gender Equality

The Unseen struggle: Gender Equality

As I share my story, I'm compelled to highlight the frustration and desperation that comes with being overlooked for promotions at TCS. Despite my dedication and hard work, I've been consistently denied opportunities for growth. The company's claim of equal pay is a myth. Gender bias is rampant, and men are consistently paid more than women, even when doing the same work.

The promotion policy at TCS is flawed and favors those who prioritize self-interest over integrity. It's a system that rewards bootlicking and compromises values. I've witnessed colleagues who barely contribute to the team's efforts receive promotions, while hardworking individuals like myself are left behind.

The irony is palpable. We boast about equal pay, but it's a farce. Women are consistently undervalued and underpaid. I've seen men with less experience and skills receive higher salaries and promotions. The gender pay gap is a harsh reality at TCS.

I've tried addressing my concerns with superiors, but my pleas have fallen on deaf ears. The company's focus on profit margins overshadows employee well-being. I urge my fellow TCS employees to speak up and demand a fair and transparent promotion policy. Let's work together to create a work environment that values hard work, integrity, and growth. We deserve a company that recognizes our worth and supports our dreams and aspirations.
