Microtale:

I just remembered a few memories of my childhood. I was not good at eating especially green vegetables that are healthier for us. One day my mom made a dish and it was just wow!

I didn't know the name but yes, I finished the whole plate of that food. It is different from normal days. I like it till now and you know I got its name on my last birthday.

It was " Sambhar-Dosa-Vada-uttpam with orange and white Chutney".

I asked one day to my mom that I eat Sambhar in restaurants, it's not like yours. What you do in your dish. She laughed and said, "I put all the bitter vegetables in it that you don't eat. Like beetroot, beans, brinjal, and all green vegetables". I was shocked after listening to it and said" Ohhh! I don't like that all" and then Mom replied that's why I boil them and crush them into the daal so you don't get an idea of vegetables. This is my way to put all nutrients into you.

That I learn, A mom is a superhero, she is our ideal, and she is our inspiration always. She is like the Perennial tree that gives us shadow.
