The Fantasy Island

Two girls named Andy and Tiara were best friends and always shared their secrets with each other. One day, in the school, the principal had planned a field trip for the students from grade 1st to 5th. Andy said, “Hey Tiara, do you know that we are gonna go on a field trip?” “Yes, I know and I am really very excited to get there.” The field trip was in the morning at maybe 9:00 so both the girls started to pack up their food, toys and waved goodbye to their parents. Tiara said, “We are gonna have a lot of fun today!” “Hooray!”, replied Andy. After an hour, they reached their destination, The Fantasy Island. It was really beautiful and huge. It had sparkling ornaments tied around the flat walls that were covered by flowers and shiny diamonds. Some of the students ran towards the throne, sat there and played among their friends. Andy saw a door that led to a garden. She called Tiara and quickly ran towards the door.

As soon as they touched the handle of the door, they vanished and came to a garden which was full of different types of flowers but had no smell in it. The garden led to an underwater castle, which had fountains on its sides. The most unbelievable thing was that they were able to breathe inside the water. Tiara was surprised and said, “How can we breathe inside the water?” Andy replied, “I think that there’s some magic which is protecting us and that is why we are able to breathe inside the water.” Now slowly-slowly as they went inside the water, they came up to a huge door which had shining crystals decorated on it. Two pretty fairies were guarding the door. When they saw the girls coming towards them, one of the fairies asked them, “Hey girls, what are you doing and why have you come here?” Seeing this Andy replied, “We are humans and have come for a field trip. We were just wondering here and there when suddenly we saw a garden which led to this castle and as we were very curious we came to see it.”

The fairies thought for a while and said, “Well, we will let you come inside but you will have to help us in bringing back the smell of the flowers.” Both the girls were ready to help the fairies and said, “We would really like to help you but we have to go back home in 1 hour. The fairies replied, “It won’t take too much time as we would give you some magical powers so that you can quickly finish this task but remember this task is not very easy.” Both the girls replied together, “Ok, we are ready for this adventure.!” They went near the garden and as they tried to touch the flowers, suddenly an old-looking fairy appeared and warned the girls not to touch any flower. The girls asked, “Why can’t we touch the flowers? We want to bring their smell back.” The fairy replied, “Now listen to me carefully if any one of you touch these flowers you will die because it contains a curse which was given 275 years ago.” Tiara said, “But, is there any way to bring the smell of the flowers?” The fairy replied, “Yes, there is one.” “What is it?”, asked Andy.

The fairy said, “Well, that is very difficult but I know you can do it as you are humans. The cruel queen lives beside the forest and has a beautiful garden where she has lots of flowers. Your task is to bring any five flowers and give those to me. I will make a liquid and throw it on the flowers so that they smell the same as they did before. I will give you this cloak so that when you will go inside the garden no one will be able to see you. But remember, when you start plucking the flowers the cruel fairy will smell and try to harm you. I have given you some magical powers so that you can fight with the cruel fairy and I am sure that you will be able to defeat her. Tiara replied, “Sure, we will try our best to defeat the cruel fairy.” The girls went near the garden and saw that it had huge and thick walls so that no one could enter it. There were two ugly-looking creatures who were guarding the door. The girls wore the cloak and removed the keys from the creature’s pocket. They opened the door and slowly went inside the garden.

They saw beautiful flowers that had the loveliest smell and started to pluck the flowers. The cruel fairy realised that someone was inside the garden and saw the girls picking flowers. She got very angry and brought her magic wand and said some spells to harm the girls. As soon as she said the spell, the girls used their magical powers and made a protection shield that could help them in being safe from the fairy’s evil powers. The fairy could not break their protection shield so the girls used this good opportunity to run away from the garden. They quickly ran away, locked the garden door and kept the keys into the creature’s pocket again. The girls ran towards the old fairy and gave her the flowers. She made a liquid and threw it on the flowers. The flowers were now smelling the same as they did before. The fairy said, “Thank you so much for returning back the smell of the flowers. Now, you can see our Fantasy Island and that will be a gift from me to you.” The girls replied, “Thank you for this amazing gift. If you have any other problem, do remember us, we will come as soon as we can.” They saw the castle and returned back to their friends and teachers. After some time, they went back home and told this wonderful adventure to their parents.
