Arnav wandered around the room, not knowing how he ended up there in the first place.

He had gone to sleep, and when he woke up, he found himself in this room. The room was cuboid-shaped, painted white, and really long. The only thing in it was several glass windows of the same height and width standing beside each other on one wall.

All the glass windows looked into smaller rooms, where completely random things were kept. One had a rabbit, one had a stack of logs, an empty bucket, and so on.

Arnav was looking around in confusion, fear and panic slowly setting in. What was he doing here? Who put him here? How did he get here? But most importantly, WHERE WAS HE! Suddenly, he heard a voice behind him.

"Welcome."

He turned behind. It was a short man, wearing a suit, beaming at him. His eyes were twinkling. He seemed to be dressed like a teacher. Before Arnav could ask him anything he turned around.

"Follow me." He said.

He stopped in front of the first glass window, inside which was a rabbit.

"Now," He continued, "stand in front of this, and concentrate with all your might on a mouse."

"But-"

"Just do it." He said, impatiently.

Arnav closed his eyes, and concentrated with all his might on a mouse. He wondered for how long would he have to do this, when suddenly there was a loud popping noise. Startled, Arnav opened his eyes. The room which was previously occupied by a white fluffy rabbit, now had a mouse. He gaped at it, while the man now moved to the next glass panel.

"Come here."

"What happened to the rabbit!" Arnav exclaimed.

"Come. Here."

Arnav again did as he said and stood next to the next one, which contained a pile of logs. "Now concentrate, as you did before, on setting these logs on fire."

Arnav closed his eyes, and now concentrated on the same logs, but on fire. A few seconds later, he opened his eyes and saw the logs on fire. His head was spinning.

"D-Do I, h-have a superpower?" He stuttered.

The man just smiled like before.

This continued for a while, all the times he managed to do exactly what he thought to it.

"Now," said the man, a tone of satisfaction in his voice, "time for a test."

"T-Test?"

"Yes."

Arnav felt really nervous, he didn't even know what to do, what should he do now?

When suddenly, he felt a falling sensation, the entire room seemed to fade into darkness.

He woke up in his bed startled. He looked around, and breathe a sigh of relief. It was just a dream! Arnav wondered what would happen if he actually did have superpowers. He grinned to himself. He looked at his alarm clock, and concentrated again on it turning into a glass of water.

There was another POP, and when Arnav opened his eyes, there was a glass of water sitting where his alarm clock was.
