Ten- sided

 Whose face comes to mind when you hear the name? Of course a woman. Are girls at all ten-armed at all? Boys can be too. Well, suppose a woman is handling tens of thousands of people from the work place to meet the needs of the family at the end of the day, except for a little time or need. She also sacrifices a man and sacrifices like that.
