Spiritual Journey Of A Story

One man named Ganesha was travelling by train towards Mumbai.He was having good fun in the train and he sang bhajans. A fat man came near him and asked ”can I sit here?” to which Ganesha agreed. They both were talking with each other on various topics.That fay man was having a Ganesha idol with him and he was going towards Mumbai, so he mentioned to Ganehsa.

After sometime they reached Mumbai. It was the day of Ganesha Chaturthi. They both got out of the train, Ganesha asked ”where are you going?, to which the man replied”I am going to Ganesha temple which is near the station". Then they both went to their destination. After sometime Ganesha goes to that temple which that fat man said he would go. What he sees is miracle! There he sees that the man was an image of Lord Ganesha whom Ganesha met in train. He was amazed and says”ganpati bappa morya.”

His next destination was towards Badrinath for which he was going by changing train and buses.He reach Badrinath and what he has seen there was amazing.He has seen a man who was helping all people there like giving water to drink, giving food to eat and many other works,Ganesha sees that man and call him. The man asks”What can I do for you”.Ganesha says “take this money” ,but he refused and say some words that Ganesha remember forever.

The man said ”I am not working to get money but I am serving to all bhakt who are here with not wanting anything from them”. These words changed Ganesha forever. He got darshan of Badrinath temple and his next destination was Kashi. He previously thought of Kailash but he has some problem of passport and visa. So he decided to see places which are in India only.So he reached Kashi. After reaching Kashi he has departed from autorikshaw to find stay in any hotel which is best.So when he was going in that autorikshaw, it stopped suddenly. He asked the autorikshaw driver what the problem was to which driver replied that he did not know.

Ganesha got angry by thinking that he is an autorikshaw driver and he doesn’t know about the problem.Ganesha start walking in that area,but he not know about where to go. He stopped walking and saw that two men were coming towards him. They threatened him to give all his money with a revolver. Ganesha was very scared. Then some police men came towards them and asked the robbers to put their revolver down and arrested them. The robbers went to jail.

When the policeman left, Ganesha was was alone.Then a man who was very old came towards him. The old man asked Ganesha why he was along in that dangerous area to which Ganehsa asked the old man to help him find a place to stay. The old man asks him to follow him. Ganesha can't believe him, because he was alone in this unknown city and since he did not have any other choice, he followed the old man.

After walking some distance they reach Kashi Vishwanath temple.That old man says bye to Ganesha. But he was again alone, standing in front of this Kasi Vishwanath temple. But here some priests saw him and got him in the temple, gave food to eat .After eating food Ganesha thanked them. He told the priests that his next destination was Ayodhya and asked them to help him with some money. The priest gave him some money from the donation box of Kashi Vishwanath temple. Ganesha went to say bye to those priest, but one of the priest of them tell Ganesha to come with him to his house and offer him to stay for 5 days.He cant disagree to that priest and go with that priest.But here what he seen! is that old man who take him to that temple was in that priest’s house. He was father of that priest.So he asked that old man”why you not tell me that you are father of priest of Kashi Vishwanath temple.That old man smiled and replied ,”I know that you will came to my home,because I have seen Shiva in a dream. He said that one person wants help in that area in which you were, and also Shiva asked me t help you and get you to Kashi Vishwanath temple. Then rest you know what happened. My son told you to come home, not knowing that I got you to temple.”

Ganesh was thinking that humanity is still in this world, but he doesn’t want to become burden to that family. He asked them to give him some work because he did not want to be a burden on them. So he did all work like washing clothes of that family members, cleaning house, he has done all work which can be done for that family members. On last day he say bye to those family and want to get in autorikshaw but that priest refused him to go by autorikshaw and told him that he will leave him to railway station. Ganesha want to say no, but after knowing that it is that old man’s order then he say “ok, I am going with you”. After sometime he reached to railway station. That priest say bye to Ganesha and left that place.

Ganesha was amazed and thinking about good behaviour is in today’s world also. And after sometime train came on platform. He got into train. Train departed to take him to Ayodhya, and reach there.Ganesha got out of the railway station,but here also he start walking because of his past experience of autorikshaw. While walking he has seen some poor people standing near a tree.Near those beggars a temple was there of lord ram. But here! One car came and Ganesha got accident. He got to hospital by people who were therein hospital he was in full of pain, when he got ok then here a person, who was looking like a big businessman came there and tell Ganesha that it is because of his car’s driver, and say sorry to Ganesha. Ganesha say no problem. But that man was telling Ganesha ”how I can help you”, Ganesha says “I am going to my spiritual journey and my next destination is Dwarka, but I lost my full money because of that accident, so can you give me some money that I can do my rest of journey”.

That man says ”ok, but I will not only give you money, but I will send you there by flight, so when you get fully fit then my driver will came to pick you to drop at airport, so whenever you got ok then please contact me, here is my card”. After some days Ganesha got fully fit, and he call to that man, he receive call in only two rings as he was waiting for Ganesha’s call. Businessman came with his driver to that hospital to pick up Ganesh. And they departed to airport. Businessman dropped Ganesha there and gave money to him, and it was enough money for Ganesha to do his rest of journey. So he sit in flight, it was new experience for him, he was amazed and feared because he has sit In flight for first time. so he reach Jamnagar airport which was close to Dwarka. He then got taxi and departed for Dwarka. When he reached there he seen that one man was running towards temple because it was closing time of temple.

Ganesha saw that the man’s purse has fall down because of this. Ganesha got out of the taxi and want to call that man but he was vanished, so Ganesha take that purse and what he has seen was just shocking! He has seen that this purse was of an officer who was adviser to minister of that country. Ganesha was shocked that all big officer has security guards, vehicles and all facilities with them, but that man even nor has any shoes or sandals. So Ganesha rushed towards that temple, and he entered in that temple. But it was not closed because of some reasons. Ganesha meet that officer and gave him his purse. Officer says thanks to Ganesha, and talked with Ganesha for some time. After knowing that Ganesha is on his spiritual journey, officer says “can I help you”. then

Ganesha tells about his passport and visa problems. That officer says “no problem I will help you, when you will call me, then I will help you with that, here take my number”. But here a question was In Ganesha’s mind which he ask to that officer “why you not having any car or security guards”?officer says “I am here to work for people that people can get luxurious life, not me”, Ganesha was very happy to see this humbleness from that officer.

But here one breeze came, which was very soothing for ears, mind and soul, and it was sound of flute that was occurring for 5 minutes in that temple, but it was not by any people there, it was happening itself. All were full with emotions with their lord Krishna. Next journey of Ganesha is to Vaishnodevi. Before departing he sees an old lady who was very poor, Ganesha thought that she is in need so he get close to that lady, he ask her “how can I help you maa” ,she says “my only wish is to get darshan of maa Vaishno Devi, can you get me darshan of Vaishnodevi. He said “yes”. And both of them departed from Dwarka to Vaishnodevi by changing buses and trains. When they reach Vaishnodevi Ganesha see that lady was not there, he was very restless and search her for some distance, but he not able to find her anywhere. So he decided to get darshan of maa Vaishnodevi alone. He start going towards that holy place. And he reached into that holy temple on height where in the temple all were saying”jai mata di”. And he seen that old lady whom he met in Dwarka, but he seen her as maa Durga.

He got very emotional that he get darshan of maa Durga live, she is standing in front of him, but she can’t seen by people of there, she has seen only by Ganesha. Then after getting this so good experience, he got out of that temple and came down. Next and last journey of him is towards Kailash. He remembers that officers words of helping him, so he call that officer. Officer receives call, and says “I have solved your problem and I am coming towards Vaishnodevi to give you those passport and visa. So here a bus came and what Ganesha seen was unforgettable! He saw those devotees whom he met in his journey and that officer who has passport and visa of Ganesha. But how they all are together “thought Ganesha”. All says that it is god’s will that we all are together going towards Kailash Mansarovar yatra. So they departed and when they reach Kailash Mansarovar, it was unforgettable, mesmerizing, mind, soul soothing and peaceful experience for all of them. After getting darshan of Kailash Mansarovar and mount Kailash, they get into bus. But Ganesha not gone to bus because he wants to live there only, and after saying this he stay there only in Kailash. All has gone to their destination saying him bye.
