Poverty - A Story

In a city, there lived a family of a father, mother and son who were very poor. They decided to become thieves and rob rich people to fulfill their needs.

It was on the fourth day of doing this bad work that they were caught by police and put in jail. But the child had other dreams and he requested the police officer to free them.

The police officer asked for Rs.10000 to free them and gave them one month's time to bring the money.

So after thinking a lot, they decided to sell fruit juice and started doing this by borrowing some money from others but only two people gave them a total of Rs.1000 and they thought it was not enough because they needed Rs.2000 to start. So, they started begging and doing other work like work in circus and other less payable areas and they managed to get that money.

After 30 days of hard work they managed to earn Rs.10000 which they gave to that police oficer.

Police man said that he did expect them to be able to manage the money within a month's time. However he wanted to teach them a lesson that one can earn money by working hard.

The boy took a lesson from it and started working hard, subsequently he set up a fruit juice factory at a young age of 22 years and became a successful businessman.

Poverty is a big issue in this country and a boost is needed for poor people to be able to think big, work hard and achieve success.
