Slumber

Horror is not confined in movies or real life incident where an evil spirit possesses a person. It is a terrifying feeling when you witness an event which scares you to the apex. This event can be a part of your regular routine too!

Sleeping is an essential and indispensable part of our routine. If you feel insomniac during night, the result is exacerbating leading to accumulation of toxins in brain. You merely not feel sleepy but also your temples feel heavy. What if that indispensable part scares you?

Three days before the mid of June 2018, I witnessed a terrible phenomenon. That phenomenon was not unprecedented to me. I knew about that via net. I woke up around 5:30 am and went to bathroom. When I returned to my bed, I didn't feel sleepy. I was trying to sleep when a loud humming noise stuck my ears unable to move or sleep. I came back to normal state and was in shock. I had an epiphany about sleep paralysis. I was afraid if I was having sleep disorder. Fear didn't let me sleep and I saw myself in the swimming pool where I drowned. I was immobile and couldn't save myself from drowning. It ended up in another sleep paralysis. I was certain that I was having sleep disorder and decided to not sleep further. It was around 7 am and I went to sofa where I self talked about what happened. Suddenly my father came and enquired of me what I was talking. I hesitantly replied that I needed a sleep doctor. My mom followed and enquired of me what happened. I asked my father to answer. Listening to him, she was in dilemma what it meant, when I burst into tears. I said that I needed a sleep doctor since I had sleep paralysis and witnessed humming sound. My parents consoled me that everything was fine and it happens sometimes. Later on I stated about my nightmare to mom. Mom advised me to focus my mind in spirituality and god(she meant meditation). I agreed.
