Reminiscence Of My Uncle
Reminiscence Of My Uncle
My Uncle, Jayendra, was more than my parents to me, always. He is the sole reason that I learned to win, amidst any circumstance. The day he left for the stars, I lost my complete desire to compete, to win. I didn't want to die but living a life only to inhale and exhale meant no good too. Then, this man came from nowhere, like a silver lining, in the dark clouds of my life. His name is Jitendra. Ironically and coincidentally, both the names are similar. So were the features of both. Both the men loved me unconditionally and unfathomably. I meant more than this world to them. But, I lost my Uncle in this mortal world and I lost this man in the world of addiction where alcohol and smoke bars take over a sane docile human so brutally that the person is lost forever. Still, the man gave me reminiscence of my uncle. Thank you, Jitendra, wherever you are.
