Rainy Poem

2 The rain taps gently on the roof,
A lullaby that soothes the soul.
It's a melody of peace and proof,
That life can be gentle and whole
The night brings peace and restful sleep,
A chance to lay your worries down.
It's a moment to let go and leap,
Into dreams that take you around.
The flower's scent is a perfume sweet,
A fragrance that fills the air.
It's a scent that's sure to repeat,
A memory that lingers with care.
The wind rushes through the trees,
Its voice a whisper in my ear.
It's a sound that brings me to my knees,
A reminder that life is here.
The ocean's tide ebbs and flows,
Its waves a dance of power and might.
It's a rhythm that nature knows,
A force that's sure to take flight.
The first snow falls so soft and light,
A blanket of white on the ground.
It transforms the world overnight,
A wintery wonderland to be found.
The butterfly lands on a flower,
Its wings a blur of color and light.
It stays just for a fleeting hour,
A delicate kiss before taking flight.
The sunrise paints the sky with gold
A spectacle of colors so bold
It's a sight that never gets old,
A beauty that never grows cold.
