Octopus Men

So I have to ask this question especially for the men out there 

that read my blog. Why? Why are so many of you Octopus men? What do I mean by this term? Men who, when they first meet you, are all over you. They are trying to touch you, hold your hand, or kiss you? 

Yughhh...I'm like, dude, I just met you. Back it the f**k up! 

Why?? Why? Please tell me because I don't get it, and it just creeps me the hell out.

Are you that desperate? Have you no self-control? What is it? We just met like 3 seconds ago, and you are all over me..yuck! 

To all the haters who will probably ask the stupid question like "What were you wearing or where did you meet" that doesn't matter because you are probably the same people that ask that when a women is raped. But I will answer that question.

I met him on a dating site and not a hookup dating site. I had already said that I was looking for a long-term relationship with my best friend, and he said he was as well. It was a beach date, and I wore jeans and a jacket, so no, I want to f**k you vibes going on there.

Yet still, he was like an octopus, and I was trying to fight him off like the karate kid. Finally I had enough and left early but this wasn't the first time this happened to me or to many of my friends and we are all dumbfounded about the reasons men would do this.

Look, I get it if I was on Tinder, or I just wanted to hook up, then sure, let's get right to it. I also feel this way about dick pics. I would want to see what I was getting before I got it, and then and only then, it would be alright for you to send one. Are you LISTENING??

But this clearly wasn't the case here, and so the question stands why? One guy who did this to me kept calling and texting me and when I politely told him "You were all over me on our first date, I am not really into that but good luck on your search"  

Now I could have told him what I really thought of him but I chose to keep it classy. He cursed me out three ways to Sunday! Yup, and to that, I replied, "And that's why you are single." Delete...Block.

So today my friends, especially my male friends, I am asking why do you do this? And to the octopus men listening, I am telling you this creeps women out. Trust me, I know because I speak to so many women on this subject. So have some respect, learn to hold back, better yet ask a woman if it is alright to hold her hand or touch her. Be a gentleman, and if you don't know how, watch some old movies for tips. This is what a woman wants; this is how a woman wants to be treated, with class and with respect. Try it sometimes, and you'll be amazed at how well it works.
