Book Synopsis: Saran joins college and He strives harder to mingle with both boys and girls and get friends.

Saran gets a diary and starts writing about events from his life before joining college.

The book follows how saran's college life changes and how He faces every event of his life.

Chapter 1 Journey to College 

March 17,2021

Commotions in the streets start to 05:00 am for the street pipe and Saran's mom Lakshmi cleans the front part of her house and draws kolam there.

Lakshmi gets a one-fourth litre milk packet and as she walks back to home her face becomes sad and she thinks about her son Saran leaving for the hostel.

Saran sleeping is waked up due to the mixie sound and looks at the clock and the time is 07:40 am.

Saran refreshes and gets tea from his mother who says get ready son the cab we booked will come at 09:30 pm.

Saran turns on TV and changes to music channel and then changes to sports channel snd then to English movies channel.

Then Saran's father Periannan gets ready and whole family sits together to have their lunch.

Saran's father speaks to him about being good in hostel,college and avoiding bad friends,being thrift about money and inform family about any problem he faces.

Saran keeps on saying hmm,ok appa and when his mother says make a call and speak to me Saran,Saran starts crying and runs to his mother and hugs her.

The time ticks to 09:20 am and the family takes bags packed with everything needed for saran,to say more than needed and waiting for the cab.

The cab arrives there and the family gets inside,Periannan sits in the front seat and Lakshmi,Saran sits in backseat.

Saran lies down on his mother's lap and sleeps.

After a long travel,the car stops with a sudden jerk and Saran gets up.

Saran sees a long row of car waiting in front of the hostel and families entering the hostel carrying things of their sons'.

Saran and his family enters the hostel and are guided by volunteers to the block E and room No. 18.
