My typical Summer

My typical Summer

When we were young, summers were all about power cuts, tasty mangoes, playing with friends and moving to villages. The place we lived had a lot of children of my age and all we did was play. We had a huge mango tree and we had to distribute all the mangoes in the colony after we pluck them. The summer homework were toughest part of our lives. The last fifteen days of our summer holidays were dedicated to complete the homework given to us. This was my summer in every year.

Now that I am in my twenties, the perspective of summer completely changed for me. The grown up "Me" thinks it would be awesome to visit a beach with coconut in one hand ,with headphones on and sitting under an umbrella will be the best way to enjoy a summer breezy day. I also think surfing or skiing on the cold snowy mountains will be my other choices to enjoy in summer, although I sit in my same bed with same unchanged bedsheets in my home wasting time.
