My Spirit Lover (rewritten with three chapters)

Chapter one

It was my first day of college when I arrived, I noticed a huge crowd of girl swanning over a particular person. It was like every girl in campus are fawning over a single guy. It so stupid I mean why do all the cool guys get to have all the girls whereas all the rest of us normal guys don't get any. I mean there really isn't any different between us normal guys and popular guys. When I got a closer look at him, he did look really cool and handsome. He has long red hair that reached below his waist, he wore black glasses, that seem to cover his eyes, but I could see his clear green eyes from where I was standing. He dressed smartly in a black suit that fitted his handsome fit as I found myself looking at him it felt like the more, I continued to do so I couldn't stop looking at him. It felt like I was mysteriously attracted to him, like it was as if he was pulling me towards him without him moving or making me do so. He then looked in my direction, he smiled lightly when he noticed the face, I gave him, but he smiles despite the fact I was probably giving him a mean face that said why are you popular with the ladies. The more he looked at me the more he stared into my eyes, looking at them deeply. It felt as though I became stuck in place as I looked at him like not matter how much I wanted to move it was like I was hypnotised to stay there. It felt like he is looking at me with interest in his eyes like he was studying me, but when he turned around and left for class his eyes looked different somehow sad. 

Okay I will admit that I like guys even though I am a guy it's strange but true. But he was so weird and different in some way, but I couldn't tell straight away from how he looked. Anyway, I started to walk to my class and sat in a chair far away from the board and the rest of the class. The room was massive and different from high school, though I sat in my chair bored as I waited for the lesson to begin.

"So, what's your name?" Someone whisper softly and sweetly in my ear; the voice of the sound was from guy, but the tone sounded sexy.

I looked at who it was kinda turning in my seat as I see it was the popular guy from this morning, I found myself looking at him again.

He gave me a slight smile which look admiring as he sat down next to me.

"what's your name?" he asked again.

"My name is Jack" I answer casually.

"My name is Rim" He says with a slight smile

"Nice to meet you" I say holding out my hand for a hand shake.

"Yes nice to meet you too" he says softly as he grabbed my hand tightly.

We started to pay attention to the board as the lesson started. As the instructor talked, Rim seemed to be a bit out of it as though he wasn't paying attention at all. I was mainly writing notes, but I knew the subject quite well. I looked at him a bit as it seems he was bored out of his mind and didn't care to take any notes.

When it came to the end of the day, became very tired but I seem noticed a guy was waiting for Rim they seemed to know each other quite well. But I got this weird vibe from Rim. I know not to stick my nose into things I shouldn't, but I couldn't help but follow them anyway. The strange thing was that they were walking in allayways to get to an abandoned apartment. I silently followed them as they went into a quiet room with a bed. I could tell Rim was uncomfortable as I watched them silently at a distance. They started to strip off their clothes and I began to regret following them, like oh man I wish I didn't follow them if I knew this was going to happen. The other guy started kissing Rim, but I could tell he was very uncomfortable with him.

"What's wrong Rim you're not usually this obedient" says the guy.

"That's because I had enough Charley" Rim says to him suddenly the guy was magically wrapped in ropes that were red as blood.

"Rim?" the guy asks but his mouth became tied as well.

"No, questions please, honestly you were the most annoying one of all." Rim says as he took out a knife out of his bag.

I silently watched as he did this I became to scared to move from my spot. "who the hell was Rim anyway" I asked in my mind.

"Your time has come so I came to kill you, okay" Rim says with a wicked smile.

Rim began to cut into the guy dragging it into the guy's skin cutting down from his shoulder to his wrist. The guy was yelling but muffled with the ropes covering his mouth. I watched Rim brutally kill him with no remorse or feel till the guy became limp and lifeless. Rim got covered in blood, this made him look scarer in my eyes, I felt a whole lot of fear from watching him kill someone for a reason that even I don't know. 

Suddenly something beside me fell that made the loudest clap of sound onto the ground when it fell down. Rim quickly looked at me with deadly eyes ready to kill me. I got up as fast as I could and ran for my life. I feared for my life wondering what the hell was happening right now and too scared to stop and ask. I tripped over something and hurt myself grunting as I looked over at what I had tripped over, it was a rope that is made out of blood quite similar to Rem's. It had wrapped itself around my foot and had a strong hold of my foot, I struggle to get out but couldn't so, I tried to untie it to get the rope off me or release me, but it was no use.

"Oh Jack, you weren't supposed to be here" says Rim as he walks towards me with evil eyes.

"I am sorry, please! I didn't mean to follow please forgive me!" I yell as fear took over.

"Oh? You want me to forgive you, now how should I do that after you saw me?" he asks as he sits on me looking at me menacingly with his green eyes.

"I don't know" I answer as I gulp looking into his eyes feeling lost in thought.

"Do I scare you?" he asks with a evil smile but somehow that made him look more sexer.

"Well, I mean, kinda like why kill him and what with the ropes are you some kind of demon or something?" I ask as I still felt slightly scared.

He laughed evilly as he looked at me with amusement which I found it quite hot to me as he did that.

"If I told you what I am would that make any difference?" he asks me with a smile.

"I don't know" I answered truthfully.

"Well then you have to keep this a secret" he whispers before coming close to my face and started kissing me.

I didn't know what to do as I didn't expect him to kiss me, all I could do was blush hardly. He broke off and looked at me deeply smiling.

"Oh look, that's surprising your blushing" he chuckles softly and begin to take of my tie.

Before I realised what he was going to do a slight back flash of my past comes to me. He began to unbutton my t-shirt.

"No! I am not that type of guy, honest" I say as I try a break free of his hold.

"Oh? Really?" he asks as he continues to unbutton my shirt.

"Yes! Really now stop!" I yell trying to get him off me, but he is really strong.

"Oh? Then why are you struggling?" He asks me as he continues to unbutton my t-shirt and take it off me.

"Stop! Please!" I beg as tears begin to show.

He forces me down with his strength and comes close.

"Why, should I?" he asks softly.

"Because, I don't want, what you want" I answer

"Fine" he sighs and gets off me he flicks some of his hair out of his face.

"But I going to need kill you now" he says looking meanly at me

"Wait! Is there some other way?" I ask

"Maybe if you swear to me, you're not going to tell anyone then I won't kill you" he says

"I swear I won't tell anyone" I say automatically.

"Okay then I will leave you" he says as the rope around my foot unravels itself.

"You better get home" he says as he walks away

I stand I grab my shirt and tie and put them back on the walked quickly out of there. Eventually I got home,

"Hey man" Says one of my roommates

"Hey" I say out of it

"You, okay?" he asks as he looks at me worried.

"Yeah" I tell him then went to my room

I drop my bag and lye on my bed, "what are you, Rim?" I ask myself deep in thought. "Why, do you have to be a killer and the hottest guy at college?" I ask. "Why kiss me and keep me alive if you really wanted to you could have killed me?" I ask myself out loud. I eventually feel a sleep as the event of today seemed to take it out of me.

The next morning, I ate breakfast then went to college but for some reason everyone around me is incredibly quiet. When class come around Rim wasn't there at all I seem to notice but I guess I didn't mind. But after class I asked everyone who knew him, if they saw him at all though they seemed confused and didn't know who I was talking about. Which was strange because Rim was here yesterday that I knew for a fact. Though it seemed everyone who did know him had forgotten him completely which was weird so in the end I stop trying to find out if Rem was okay or why he wasn't here. 

By the end of the day, I got into a daze that I didn't even notice where I was going. I was so confused, what happened to Rim today, where was he, how come everyone who knew him forgot about him. I couldn't think why or how this may have happened but something bad might have happened to Rim. When I started to notice where I was going and where I was it seemed I came into a bloody allyway with blood is everywhere and there were five bodies on the gr that were mashed on the ground. It was like their bodies were coming out of their body and their whole bodies twisted.

I became really scared when I saw Rim just in the middle of them covered in blood. The scene that I was witnessing is so gruesome and horrible that I couldn't believe anyone could do this I felt sick to my stomach. But Rim is smiling like a mad man happy over his kill like a psychopath. He looked up at me with deadly eyes which told me if I moved even a inch, I was going to die. So, I stood still as he walked up to me walking over the bodies the knife in his hand, he played with it like as if judging to kill me or not.

"Weird I thought I erased everyone's memory" he said as he walked toward me.

I stayed silent and made sure I didn't move at all. When Rim came really close, he pushed and pinned me into a wall and started crying.

"Why did it have to be you that remembered, it's not fair, I just wanted to......." He paused as he couldn't speak but cry endlessly.

I stayed quiet but I have many questions and thoughts running in my mind. Rim look at me as though thinking but I couldn't tell.

"Go home" Rim says to me.

"Wait tell me, what the hell is happening?" I ask as I felt my body wanting to move on it's own.

"I am sorry but I can't tell you or get you involved." He says sadly.

"You already got me involved!" I yell

He looked at me not angry but not happy either, instead he come close.

"Go home now" He demanded.

My body moved on it's own, even though I didn't want to move but stayed and question him but started to walk home anyway. By the time I got home I had seem forgot everything about Rim. No matter how hard I tried to remember anything I couldn't. Later on, when I went to sleep, couldn't sleep well as so many questions and thoughts left unanswered as I slept.

Chapter two

The next morning, I woke up feeling horrible like I came out of a bad dream. I didn't even feel like myself as I got ready for college and walked there emotionless. When I got there it looked normal again, but I noticed that Rim didn't come to college again today. Wait- didn't I, no he made me forget who he was and if he ever existed! An image of him came into my mind, "Ah! Why can't I just forget him" I yell at myself. I got into the study room and finished the day like I normally do. Again, without caring where I was going as I walked home a bit sad and kind of out of it. I ended up in a back abandoned ally way I really didn't seem to notice till I saw the bodies on the ground. Their bodies had been cut into pieces like somebody saw off their limbs off and decapitated their heads off. The alleyway was full of blood and there were peoples body parts everywhere. I half hoped Rim would jump out at me but not this time. Someone grabbed me from behind and pushed me against a wall. That person put a knife to my throat. 

"Don't move" threatened the stranger their voice sounded like a guy.

"Now why would you be walking in an area like this?" He asked.

"I wasn't watching where I was going and happened to be here." I answered. 

"Okay then you have two choices you swear you won't tell anyone, or I can kill you right here and now" he said in a threatening tone.

"I swear I won't tell anyone, please let me go" I say.

*He laughs evilly* "How are you going to prove that?" He asks as though he sounds amused.

"I don't know" I answered, "what is this deja vu?" I question myself. 

He pulled me again making me face forward and this time slammed me against the wall. He gave me a wicked smile pressing the knife to my throat. 

I had a good look at the guy, his face seemed kinder than Rin's, his hair was a light blue with aqua coloured strains at the ends of his hair. His gleamed a yellow like hazel but much brighter as he glared at me. 

The guy definitely doesn't seem like a killer even though he is covered from head to toe with blood. I could tell his small bits of features to how close he is to me.I could he is looking up and down at me with interest, like he could eat me if he ever dared to. Instantly my brain froze and I could only imagine what he was thinking.

"I tell you what if you will consent to having sex with me I will let you go." He says with the most wicked and evil smile I ever seen.

I felt myself wanting to run again as he looked at me waiting for an answer. 

"Of course, if you refuse, I will just have to kill you." He says twisting his smile more.

Okay now I am panicking, I really can't do that I mean he is a guy too for God's sake. I mean why, how come I got two crazy guys interested in me. First Rim now this guy, I mean come on who are they and why do I have them interested in me.

"Stop right there, devil" says a voice I recognised and he sounded like he hissed at him. 

The guy looked in the direction of the voice and glared. 

"Why should I? Blood Prince" he mocked.

Then someone step into the light and it was Rim. I could almost feel happy that he is here but that didn't last long.

"Because we are being summoned and I want you to leave him alone." Rim answered giving him a death glare. 

The guy gave Rim a questioning look then looked at me then back Rim. 

"Don't tell me you claimed him?" He questions Rim. 

"No" he answers.

"Then I can" he says as he starts to unbutton my t-shirt with the hand, he had pressed the knife against my throat but still holding it. Within a blink of an eye, Rim kicked him to the ground and holded me tight in his arms. 

"You will not even lay one finger on him before I do" Rim says almost evilly and controlling. 

I could see that both of their eyes were glowing and about to fight each other. Instead, the other guy got up and started to leave.

I watched confused to what just happened, did Rim jus protect me? Wait who was that guy and what's with the nicknames, I thought to myself.

Rim lightly let me go and started to leave but I stopped him.

"Rim? Please talk to me" I said almost pleading he would talk to me

"I can't Jack plus I can't say anything, I am sorry, but I have to go" Rim says sadly and began to walk off.

I watched him leave like I was like a lost pup without its master. I sigh sadly and decided to leave as since there is no point for me being here anymore. I walked home by myself again going to my room.

I had so many questions and thoughts that weren't going to be answered anytime soon, I wanted what was next another creepy criminal? I questioned myself. I lay there starting to feel scared as this started to remind me of my child, it was one of the reasons I freaked out when Rim was going to undress me. It was because when I was a kid I hanged around the wrong crowd of people, and we would do stupid and dumb things. One day out of the blue I began to have a crush on my best friend at the time, his name was Leon he was smart handsome, cool and fun to be around. Then one day I told him how I felt he laughed it off and said sorry that he didn't feel the same thing with me, and we decided to be friends still. But without my knowledge that was my biggest mistake, I shouldn't have trusted him cause the next thing I knew the whole gang was picking on me to the extent they left me for dead with a bunch of punks that bullied us. Those bullies ended up sexually harassed me to the point of nearly rapping me before any cops came. After that I left school and decided to homeschool as I was a pretty smart kid away and my parents tried to help me by let me talk to some counsellors. Now I did seem to mind that I was gay, and I ended up going to groups where I got proper friends. Even though the trauma still kinda stuck with me, I decided I would wait till I can fully trust someone before doing anything like that again. Though as of right now it seems I got two keen killers on my back! I thought angrily to myself. I sigh again allowing myself to calm down who knows for now I will let things be and try to stay away from as much danger as I could I thought happily before I went to sleep.

Chapter three

I woke up the next morning in a bit of a sigh, I remembered that I didn't have college today which I was thankful for. But it seem the two killers that I encountered have crept into my mind, ugh I just want to forget about this whole thing, I thought when my phone buzzed from receiving a message. I walked over to my desk and grab it to see who it was. I couldn't believe it, it was, it was Hiten! Oh- my- lord I haven't heard or seen of him in a long time! I quickly texted him back asking him how he was and what he was up to. He texted me back saying he is coming to Tokyo to go to the same college as me, I smile as I text him back and asked when he was coming over so I will pick him up at the airport. He texted me back and said about this afternoon, I texted back that I was see him then. We both texted back cya then, then I got dressed and went shopping to get Hiten favourite food, snacks and drinks for later.

In that afternoon I went to the airport to pick up Hiten, I waited for him holding up a sign with his name on it. When Hiten arrived, he saw he from a distance and waved, I see him when he waved. I couldn't be this is my best friend, Hiten looked so pretty and beautiful especially with some what seemed to be like stick on face gems. His light brown light tanned skin seemed to shine in the light and that made it look smooth even from this far away of a distance. He also wore colourful clothes that fitted him with the contrast of his black hair which was now a medium length that swayed in his face a bit. I kinda looked at him loosely holding the sign kinda dazed, I smile and wave back not seeming to believe it was Hiten even though it was clear that he is the best friend that I care about. When he came up to me, he instantly gave hug me and winked at me saying "Surprised to see me". 

"Yeah, I mean you look so awesome man" I say as I try the hug

He laughed, "Yeah, I know you were thinking I look to hood eh" he teased me

"To be honest yes I did but I love the new look it suits you" I say

"Awe thanks man, away let's go before we create traffic" he laughed and started to walk on

I nod quickly following wanting to leave as well, cause it seemed to start getting way too crowd.

We talked about what has been happening with our life's as we left the airport and went back to my place to talk more, the only thing I won't tell him is what happened with Rim and the other guy that I happened to bump into. We got to my place and sat down on a mat as we talked more, it was so interesting that Hiten have been researching old ancient relics around the world. Some of this I found interested with as he said some of the relics talked about spirits, I asked him more about it. He looked at me worried like he was scared for a moment, he quietly apologised and said he couldn't tell me more than he just did because it will affect his work. I quietly nodded leaving it be for now, we just had some fun as I welcomed him here. Hiten thanks me for everything, which I didn't mind doing for a friend. Later that night we went to bed early cause we both have to be at college early and even though I didn't have any classes I wanted to go with Hiten. When morning came around, we both woke up to the sound of an alarm and got up quickly to get changed, be ready to go to college in a matter of minutes. Once we got to the school, we noticed that there were a flock of girls handing around a guy as they were laughing and asking questions out loudly to him. I secretly hoped it was Rim but as we closer to the crowd, the more clearly, I saw the person, it wasn't Rim, but this guy seemed to be familiar in a way. His silky long gray hair was nicely likely tied behind his head. He wore certain a shirt that was the colour red with white Chinese lettering in the middle and ripped up black shorts, he also wore runners on his feet. I then looked up into his eyes which I had catch his blue eyes when mine met his. We stared at each other before I started to slowly realise this guy wasn't any other guy this was Leon-. Leon recognised me as well at that same moment and tried to push through the the crowd. I kinda panicked as he tries to get closer to me and I quickly told Hiten that I would see him later as I needed to run. Hiten seemed confused and said alright which at that point I turned and ran as fast as I could. 

"Wait Jack!" I could hear Leon say but it was too late my legs were already running away from him.

I breathe heavily as I ran as fast as I could, I started to hear some fast foot like taps that sounded someone is running behind me. I looked over my shoulder to Leon is running behind me slow catching up, I started to run faster. "Jack! Wait damn it" Leon yelled as he started to run faster to try to stop me or slow me down. I wouldn't stop or slow down I kept running till I had out of breath, I began breathing heavily like I was having a panic attack. Leon eventually caught up to me, he breathes heavily and grabs my wrist. "Jack can I please talk to you?" He asks heavily out of breath.

I quickly and strong jerk away my hand, "No and don't touch me!" I say in a bit of a panic.

"Please Jack I- I just wanted to say sorry- alright I didn't mean to bully you back then and I didn't mean for that to happen to you" Leon says as he gives me a pained face full of regret and sadness.

"Apology not accepted! You have no idea; you wouldn't even be able to comprehend what I went through because of you and your dumb group!" I yell getting quite mad.

"I know that but- I wanted to try to be friends, try to fix what I did" Leon says honestly.

I look at him in disbelief despite how much he may be telling me the truth. "No and that's final, now leave me alone" I say as I began to walk away.

"Jack, please I went through some things to you know, I swear to you I changed, and I swear to you I am better than I was please Jack just hear me out" Leon pleaded trying to keep up with me.

I turned sharply and kick him down, stomping on his shoulder looking down at him with my purple eyes gleaming a bit with hatred. "I said no now leave me alone before things get much worse than I want them to" I say threatening him in a low dark tone that suggested I was getting really mad.

Leon looked up at me in fear a moment, "Alright- I will leave you alone" he says kinda shaking.

I slowly realised that I didn't mean to hurt him, but only to intimidate him a little bit, but it seems that I pushed it a little far. I help him up so he could stand again, "Good now, goodbye" I say as I started to walk away leaving him. 

I began to walk around a bit shaken from seeing Leon which seemed to have stopped following me, I might have scared him a bit too much, but I was just not really ready accept that he changed or anything like that. I mean he ruined my trust so what if I scared him a little, he deserved that so why should I care about what I did. I sigh and calm myself down, No I should just let this be and give us some time apart then maybe I should apologised for how I acted it's not right for me to be angry at just him. Though I also want to see if he had really changed and maybe I will think about forgiving him one day. Right now, I am just going to get a coffee as this is just stressing me out. I entered a cafe to get a coffee and waitress sat me down at a table and I was asked what I wanted, I told them that I want a mocha. They nodded and went to the back as I was waiting, I couldn't help but think about Leon a little. I waited for about five minutes when a sever came to give me my mocha in a mug.

"Oh, hello we meet again," said the waiter

I looked at him and it was that boy who was in the alleyway the last time, the one I had seen that was covered in blood but now I saw how innocent he looked was so different than that time in the alleyway and he also looked so cute in a butler's outfit. 

"Uh hi-" I say a bit weary of him

"Oh, the name is Blade by the way " he says with a little bow

"Blade Uh my name is Jack" I say as I take a sip of my coffee 

"Oh, nice name say is our offer still up?" He says as he smirks a bit

"Uh um look honestly I won't tell anyone, so I don't this we need to have sex" I say a bit pale in the face

Blades sighs, "Fines then just enjoy the coffee" he says as he bows and goes to the back.

I drank my mug of coffee; it did taste really good, and it calmed me down a whole lot as the mellow taste just seemed to melt in my mouth which also felt like it could melt into my body at the same time. After I had finished it and paid for it, I then left to go back to college to see how Hiten is liking the college so far. I gave him text asking if everything was alright which he responded with that it was good and maybe we can meet at the cafeteria there. Which I agreed to and started to walk my way there. Once I arrived at the cafeteria, I met Hiten there and sat down with him. He asked me what that was all about which I told him that it was someone from my past and someone I didn't want to talk to. Hiten understood how I felt, and he let it be for now, we had something to eat before Hiten had a class. I joined him in his class, and I could of swore I had seen Rim in the classroom there but when I looked away a moment he wasn't there anymore. Maybe it was imagination I thought as we sat down for the class. I sat next to Hiten just sort of spaced out and not really paying attention to the things around me. 

As the class began, I stayed zoned out when I started to feel a headache coming, I felt sick when I started to remember all the death and dead bodies, I seen that were killed in a bloodied and gruesome way. I suddenly stand up to leave trying to not to vomit as I felt my head began to pound. It was like as if I had finally come to my senses about being sickened by the death that I had seen. I walk the hallways out of the back of the college and into a dark alleyway a bit till I leaned against a wall. I vomit a bit breathing a little heavily trying to calm down when I heard footsteps near me.

"Hey, look guys some meat" someone laughs, the guys that started to surround me also laughed as well. I back into the wall a bit raising my fists, "Stay back!" I yell in a cold way. One of the guys walk forward not seeming to be intimidated by me, "What you're going to do punk?" As the guy that walked towards me. "I will fight you guys back and hurt you all of you don't stay back!" I yell confident in myself. They gang of guys closed in on me as they laughed at me, with nowhere to run or call for help I kept my hands raised ready to fight them.
