Today I have started my day by growing microgreens. Which are the tiny edible form or sprouts of vegetable Herbs and pulses.
They are very high on flavour and nutrition.
I have also read about them and their health benefits online, when I was convinced about their health benefits and how is easy there to grow, that would be one of the most satisfying and beneficial skills or activity that I picked up during this lockdown period .
I did grow them on my balcony terrace and window sill with minimal sunlight.
I did grow ingredients that are easily available in my Kitchen like green gram, chickpeas, coriander, mint etc.
I also used existing containers available at home to sow them and use them in my salads for soups or as a garnish.
