"Come here, sit down."

"But, what happened? I've a lot of work to do.", Maa replied.

"No Maa, don't worry. I've almost done everything. You sit down. Close your eyes."

"Acha okay Baba. What are you doing to my face?"

"Nothing much, just your favourite lipstick shade, a beautiful rose for my beautiful mother, your favourite pair of jhumkas, the one you weren't able to buy because you used your savings for my dress and here's a bindi. Come on, wear this saree. This is your favourite right?," I asked her.

"Yes but what's going on beta?"

"Oouf Maa, nothing much. Wear this saree and come on. You're going on a 'me date'. "

"Date? No no. Abhi insab Ka waqt nahi hai Baba!"

"Maa, me date is spending time with yourself, doing things you love and pampering yourself. You're so engaged in work and household chores, taking care of me and dad. You never got a chance to do a bit for yourself Maa. So please, you deserve much more than this. Today I am your driver, your tour guide and your waiter, my lord! Orders dijiye aap bass."
