Manipulation of Fatimah
Manipulation of Fatimah
Part 1: The Web of Control
Deep within the bustling Kampung of Malaysia, lived a Malay mother named Fatimah. She was a woman of strong will and even stronger opinions. Fatimah had always sought to control the lives of those around her, driven by her desire for power and authority. She believed that her way was the only way, and she enforced her rules with an iron fist.
Fatimah's husband, Ashraf, had once been under her complete control. But as the years passed, he grew tired of her manipulative ways and sought solace elsewhere. He fell in love with another woman and made the difficult decision to marry her, leaving Fatimah devastated and alone.
Left to raise their three children, two daughters named Aisha and Nurul, and a son named Aiman, Fatimah found herself struggling to maintain the same level of control she had exerted over her husband. However, she refused to accept defeat. She was determined to mold her children into the image she desired, ensuring they would always be under her influence.
As the years went by, Fatimah's children began to flourish despite her overbearing nature. Aisha, the eldest daughter, excelled in her studies and earned a scholarship to pursue her dreams of becoming a doctor. Nurul, the middle child, displayed a natural talent for business and had already secured a high-paying job at a prominent firm. Aiman, the youngest, was a talented musician who had gained recognition for his skills.
Seeing her children's success only fueled Fatimah's frustration. She felt left behind, trapped in a life devoid of accomplishment or purpose. Her days were spent in bitter solitude, her once dominant presence now reduced to a mere shadow.
Desperation gripped Fatimah, and she hatched a plan to reclaim control over her life. She decided to sell the family house, which held years of memories, and use the money to fulfill her long-denied desires. But to do so, she needed funds, and she saw her children's achievements as an opportunity to secure them.
Day and night, Fatimah tormented her children, subjecting them to endless threats and manipulations. She demanded they hand over the money they received from scholarships and jobs, viewing it as her right for raising them. She saw her children's success as her own, refusing to acknowledge their individual accomplishments.
Fatimah's children were torn between their love for their mother and their own desire for independence. They understood her pain and felt empathy, but they also recognized the toxic nature of her actions. As their lives progressed, they realized the importance of breaking free from her suffocating control.
Little did Fatimah know, her actions were pushing her children further away, driving a wedge between them. As they began to realize the extent of her manipulation and the toll it took on their lives, a growing resentment emerged.
Unbeknownst to Fatimah, her relentless pursuit of control was slowly isolating her, leaving her alone with her regrets and shattered dreams. The path she had chosen would soon reveal its consequences, as her children prepared to confront her and break free from her suffocating grip.
The web of control that Fatimah had meticulously woven was about to unravel, and the once-powerful matriarch would face the repercussions of her actions. The question remained: would Fatimah recognize the error of her ways before it was too late, or would she continue down a path of self-destruction, ultimately losing everything she held dear?
Part 2: Breaking Free
Fatimah's relentless abuse had created an unbearable environment for her children. The constant beatings, mental manipulation, and emotional blackmail had left them scarred and desperate for escape. Aisha, Nurul, and Aiman knew they had to break free from their mother's clutches to reclaim their lives.
One fateful night, with hearts heavy and determination in their eyes, the three siblings devised a plan to escape. They quietly packed their belongings, carefully avoiding any sound that could alert their mother. Each step filled with trepidation, they tiptoed through the house, fear gripping their hearts.
As they reached the front door, their hands shook with both fear and anticipation. Aisha turned the doorknob slowly, hoping it wouldn't creak and betray their escape. With a sigh of relief, the door swung open, revealing the darkness outside.
They stepped into the night, their hearts pounding, carrying the weight of their mother's control on their shoulders. A mixture of fear, relief, and a flicker of hope filled their souls as they embarked on a journey toward freedom.
The siblings knew they had to be cautious and disappeared into the shadows, seeking refuge with trusted friends and allies. Aisha found solace with a kind-hearted neighbor who offered her a spare room. Nurul sought help from a women's shelter that provided a safe haven for victims of abuse. Aiman, armed with his musical talent, connected with a compassionate mentor who understood his plight and offered him guidance.
As they settled into their newfound freedom, a sense of empowerment began to blossom within each of them. They realized they were not alone in their struggles and found strength in the support they received from others. Together, they created a circle of love and understanding, nourishing their wounded spirits and rebuilding the broken pieces of their lives.
While they embarked on their individual paths to healing and self-discovery, they remained united by the bond forged through their shared trauma. They leaned on one another, providing unwavering support as they navigated the challenges that lay ahead.
Meanwhile, Fatimah was left reeling from the sudden absence of her children. The walls of her carefully constructed realm of control crumbled around her, leaving her isolated and facing the consequences of her actions. The emptiness that engulfed her echoed the emptiness she had imposed upon her children's lives.
Regret consumed Fatimah as she realized the depth of her abusive behavior and the irreparable damage she had caused. The realization of her own role in pushing her children away was a bitter pill to swallow. She was left to confront the cold reality that her desire for control had cost her the love and respect of her children.
In her solitude, Fatimah experienced a transformation. The void left by her children's departure became a mirror in which she saw her own flaws and the havoc she had wreaked upon their lives. A glimmer of self-awareness sparked within her, igniting a desire for change, redemption, and reconciliation.
With a heavy heart and determination in her eyes, Fatimah sought professional help to address her abusive tendencies and heal her own wounded soul. Therapy became her refuge, providing her with the tools to confront her past and the strength to make amends.
Slowly but steadily, Fatimah began the long and arduous journey of self-reflection and personal growth. She delved deep into the root causes of her need for control, untangling the tangled webs of her own past traumas. Through therapy, she learned healthier ways to communicate and discovered the true meaning of love and compassion.
But the path to redemption was not an easy one. Fatimah knew that she needed to earn her children's forgiveness and trust. With utmost humility, she reached out to them.
Part 3: The Deserted Mother
Fatimah's incessant need for control had driven a deep wedge between her and her children. As the years passed, Aisha, Nurul, and Aiman thrived academically, their intelligence shining brightly like beacons of success. Each of them had a promising future ahead, filled with opportunities and dreams waiting to be fulfilled.
Aisha, the brilliant eldest daughter, had earned a full scholarship to one of the most prestigious medical schools in the country. Her dedication and passion for medicine were evident to all who knew her. Nurul, the middle child, had proven herself to be a prodigious talent in the business world. Her strategic mindset and innovative ideas propelled her to secure a high-ranking position in a prominent company. Aiman, the youngest and gifted musician, had captivated audiences with his melodious compositions, leading him to sign a lucrative record deal.
Their accomplishments surpassed even their own expectations, leaving Fatimah awestruck and overwhelmed. However, her pride was tainted by bitterness. She resented the fact that her children had achieved such success while she remained stagnant, lost in a life devoid of purpose or accomplishment.
Faced with her own feelings of inadequacy, Fatimah grew desperate. She became consumed by envy, resentment, and a twisted desire for retribution. In her mind, she believed that if she could no longer control her children, then she would rob them of their success, tarnish their dreams, and watch them crumble under her manipulative grasp.
With her toxic mindset poisoning her every thought, Fatimah resorted to unimaginable tactics. She ruthlessly threatened her children, both emotionally and physically, attempting to coerce them into handing over the money they received from their scholarships and jobs. She saw their achievements as a means to fulfill her own desires, without regard for the blood, sweat, and tears they had poured into their endeavors.
Aisha, Nurul, and Aiman were caught in a tumultuous storm, torn between their love for their mother and the need to protect themselves from her destructive influence. They tried to reason with her, pleading for her to see the error of her ways, but their pleas fell on deaf ears.
Eventually, the weight of their mother's abuse became unbearable. They could no longer endure the relentless torment, and their spirits grew weary. One by one, they made the painful decision to sever ties with their mother, recognizing that her toxic presence hindered their growth and happiness.
Aisha, with her unwavering determination, secured a part-time job to support herself financially while focusing on her studies. Nurul, armed with her business acumen, carefully managed her resources, saving every penny to ensure her independence. Aiman sought solace in his passion for music, finding comfort in his art while navigating the challenges of being on his own.
In the midst of her children's departure, Fatimah's world began to crumble. Her once dominant presence now reduced to a hollow existence. With no one to control, no one to manipulate, she was left alone with the ruins of her life.
Haunted by her own choices, Fatimah sank deeper into despair. Her bitterness drove her to make impulsive decisions, including selling the family home, an act of defiance that only served to squander the money she had acquired. She lived lavishly, attempting to fill the void left by her children's absence, yet finding no solace in material possessions.
With each passing day, Fatimah's actions served as a painful reminder of her own shortcomings. The money slipped through her fingers like grains of sand, leaving her destitute and lost.
As the weight of her actions settled upon her weary shoulders, Fatimah's heart grew heavy with regret. She realized the extent of the damage she had inflicted upon herself and her family. The realization that she had driven away her children, her own flesh and blood, filled her with profound sorrow and a profound sense of loss.
In her solitude, Fatimah finally faced the truth she had long denied: her relentless pursuit of control had cost her the love and respect of her children. The house she had sold, once a symbol of her authority, now stood as a haunting reminder of her misguided choices and the emptiness that consumed her life.
With the weight of her mistakes pressing upon her, Fatimah reached a crossroads. She could continue down the path of self-destruction, wallowing in her regrets, or she could make a choice to seek redemption and forge a new path.
Driven by a glimmer of hope and the flicker of self-awareness, Fatimah mustered the courage to confront her demons. She sought professional help, attending therapy sessions to address her abusive tendencies, unravel the layers of her past, and heal her wounded soul.
Through therapy, Fatimah learned to confront her deep-seated insecurities and understand the roots of her need for control. She began to acknowledge the pain she had caused her children and embraced the responsibility of making amends.
With a renewed sense of purpose, Fatimah mustered the strength to reach out to Aisha, Nurul, and Aiman. She wrote heartfelt letters, pouring her soul onto the pages, expressing her remorse and deep desire for reconciliation.
Her children, scarred by the past but open to the possibility of forgiveness, cautiously agreed to meet with their mother. Emotions ran high as they gathered in a neutral space, their hearts heavy with years of hurt and longing for healing.
Fatimah faced her children with tears streaming down her face, words of apology tumbling from her lips. She acknowledged the pain she had caused, taking full responsibility for her actions. In that moment, vulnerability replaced her once domineering nature.
Aisha, Nurul, and Aiman listened, their hearts aching with a mix of pain, skepticism, and a glimmer of hope. As their mother shared her journey of self-reflection and growth, they saw a flicker of change in her eyes—a genuine desire to make things right.
Their reunion was marked by raw emotions, tears, and difficult conversations. Fatimah recognized the magnitude of their wounds and the long road to rebuilding trust. She accepted that forgiveness would not come easily, if at all, and that the wounds she had inflicted might never fully heal.
But Fatimah was determined to change. She committed herself to ongoing therapy, demonstrating her sincere efforts to break the cycle of abuse and cultivate healthier relationships. It was an uphill battle, but she understood that true redemption required consistent effort and a genuine transformation of character.
As time passed, the wounds began to mend, albeit slowly. Aisha, Nurul, and Aiman cautiously allowed their mother back into their lives, but with newfound boundaries and a healthy skepticism. They saw glimpses of change and witnessed Fatimah's genuine remorse, which planted seeds of hope for a better future.
The path to reconciliation was arduous, but with each step forward, the fractured family slowly began to rebuild the bridges that had once been burned. They navigated the complexities of forgiveness, acknowledging the scars while striving to build a healthier, more compassionate relationship.
Though the wounds of the past would never fully disappear, the family embarked on a journey of healing, committed to rewriting their story with love, understanding, and empathy. Fatimah, humbled by the second chance she had been given, vowed to make the most of it and cherish the family she had once taken for granted.
As the sun set on their shared pain and regret, a new dawn emerged—a dawn of healing, forgiveness, and growth. Fatimah embraced her role as a changed woman, no longer driven by control but by a genuine desire to nurture and support her children.
Together, they rebuilt their shattered family dynamics, establishing open lines of communication, and practicing empathy and understanding. Fatimah became a source of guidance and encouragement, cheering on her children's successes without harboring envy or resentment.
Aisha, now a respected doctor, found solace in her mother's newfound support. Fatimah became a confidante, offering wisdom and guidance as Aisha navigated the challenges of her medical career. The once-fractured relationship between mother and daughter gradually transformed into a deep bond rooted in love and mutual respect.
Nurul, with her keen business acumen, sought her mother's advice on entrepreneurial ventures. Fatimah, now free from the shackles of control, became Nurul's trusted mentor, helping her make sound decisions and avoid the pitfalls of greed and manipulation.
Aiman, the gifted musician, found solace in his mother's renewed presence. Fatimah attended his concerts, listening to his compositions with genuine pride and admiration. Together, they discovered a shared passion for art, and Fatimah became Aiman's biggest fan and supporter.
As the years passed, Fatimah's transformation continued to blossom. She became an advocate against domestic abuse, sharing her story of redemption and healing to inspire others trapped in similar cycles. Through her words and actions, she aimed to break the cycle of abuse and promote a message of love, understanding, and forgiveness.
The family's journey was not without challenges and setbacks. Deep-rooted wounds sometimes resurfaced, threatening to undo the progress they had made. But through open communication and unwavering commitment, they weathered the storms together, never losing sight of the love that bound them.
In time, Fatimah's children married and started families of their own. She embraced her role as a grandmother, cherishing the opportunity to shower her grandchildren with unconditional love and support. She vowed to break the cycle of abuse that had plagued her own upbringing, ensuring that her grandchildren would grow up in an environment of safety, respect, and nurturing.
The scars of the past would always be a part of their story, but they no longer defined them. The family's collective resilience and commitment to growth had allowed them to transcend the pain and find solace in the power of forgiveness.
Fatimah's children, once scarred and broken, now stood as shining examples of resilience, success, and compassion. They had risen above the ashes of their past, their brilliance radiating not in spite of their struggles, but because of them.
And Fatimah, once a mother consumed by control and manipulation, had blossomed into a beacon of hope—a testament to the transformative power of self-reflection, redemption, and the capacity for change.
Together, they forged a new legacy—one built on love, forgiveness, and the unwavering belief that even the darkest of chapters can be rewritten with courage and determination.
Aiman felt sorry after 30 years for the conversation that he had with Maruf. Does Maruf smell our happy ending? What happened actually I am telling you. I returned to the past when Maruf was a student at International Islamic University Malaysia. He was writing his thesis.
Aiman one day did conversation with his friend, Maruf, regarding his mother. Maruf was so shocked to learn how broken family works in Malaysia. It seemed to Maruf that from everyone is psycho in that family. He just advice from his best and kept silent with limited advice realizing that his advice got no validity. This is the online conversation:
Aiman: My mum tried to emotionally blackmail me through my baby sister
Aiman: She is asking me to send her money for 'cat food'. She said if I don't send her money, she will let the cats starve
Maruf: Bro...simple...u just say I will pay per month rm 500....that’s all I confirm and no need to talk..
Aiman: I told my baby sister to tell my mum to buy the food since she is selling the house and will have "lots" of money
Aiman: I pay her NOTHING
Aiman: It's only an idiot who pays money to someone who actively seeks to destroy you
Aiman: She wants to fuck family up, because she sees everyone succeeding more than her
Aiman: My dad travels twice/thrice every year
Maruf: No bro....do not do so...u would suffer mentally...this is ur obligation no matter what she does...It is so with ur sisters also as you are boy but luckily u do not need to pay to ur any sis since they have scholarship and job...this one if u listen, u would be mentally ok at least..
Aiman: Me and my sister in KL have jobs
Aiman: My baby sis has full scholarship
Aiman: But mum has nothing
Maruf: It is not about her
Aiman: Bro, I have zero responsibility to her
Aiman: Because Allah makes basic rule:
Maruf: U just fix a amount per month just to save her from prostitution in case since your father is not there and she left alone.
Aiman: You have duty to defend yourself from injustice
Maruf: Bro even 300rm i do not mind…She can survive at least since it is village area.
Aiman: And my mum will continue to do injustice to whoever comes jess her
Maruf: But give each moth to her
Aiman: Near*
Aiman: No bro
Aiman: I'm not giving her rm1
Aiman: Let her become prostitute.
Aiman: Not my problem any more.
Aiman: She will steal my ps5
Maruf: Up to you but that’s my advice I would do so no matter what...
Aiman: Which costs 4k
Aiman: But I will buy another one
Maruf: Abu Huraira is an example I would say
Aiman: Later
Aiman: Bro, remember Sayid Qutb
Aiman: He said people nowadays are worse than people of Jahiliyya
Aiman: Pre-Islamic Arabs have sense of honour
Aiman: Malays dont
Aiman: So we can't treat them as Sahaba treated pagans
Maruf: Up to you man ....
Aiman: The fact is, my mum is an idiot
Aiman: She is boasting of money when she doesn't have any
Aiman: Now I'm not there for one day, she is asking for money
Aiman: I won't even forgive her on her deathbed
Aiman: And I won't go to her funeral
Aiman: Let her die alone
Aiman: And be buried by strangers.
Maruf just lost his word to say. He quit the conversation. The issue came to Maruf’s mind. I better focus on my studies and do not mix up with these people in Malaysia. People are very weird today in mentality. Society is so sick. Maruf thought, ‘ I wish I just could study till death like a student and do not go outside of this university. I will pray 5 times in central mosque of IIUM and study at library. What a blessing life it would be. There is no heavenly activities other than these tow on this planet.
Maruf returned to Bangladesh now and it has been 30 years. Maruf is home minister in Bangladesh now. One day his personal secretary came to him and said that an old man called from Malaysia saying he is your friend. Maruf picked up the phone call and heard the familiar voice. He recognized and did learn that they had happy ending at last.
