Love Or Responsibility

Under the dark sky of night, Prabhas and Meghna met on street, it was almost 11 of the night.

"You decided ?" Meghna asked

"Yes, I have to go, it's final," Pravhas said

And with this, Meghna revealed a sarcastic smile, tears in the eyes, after gaining senses, she said, "I have never stopped you from going, you know that, right? I know it's your dream, how could I interfere, But....."

Meghna didn't have the courage to utter a single word, she almost cried, cried thinking about the situation.

"What you want is not so easy, I know that you only wanted to make our relationship clear with everybody, to our family members, but that's not possible right ?"

"Why is it impossible Prabhas? What's wrong with this, or is it, you never wanted to marry me." Meghna was furious.

Prabhas was silent for long, he loved her with his whole heart, but they followed protocols of community, in common words their relationship was pure.

"You don't know, why I am refusing to get married," Prabhas said with a low voice.

"I want to know," Meghna asked. Prabhas was so confused about it, to reveal his thought, but now it seems to be more complicated if he doesn't speak up.

"It's just that, I don't know what will happen in the future, you know that I have to go in less than 10 days if in any situation we get married and... Then..." Prabhas paused for a moment, took a breath, and then again started saying, "what if I die ?"

Meghna's tear rolled down and she smiled faintly, "Then... I would be proud of you, I would be grateful towards you and my decision of marrying you, I would call myself "VeerVadhu" wife of a martyred soldier of India."

Prabhas was silent, nothing to speak, he found another reason to love her, Prabhas hold her hand, then smiled, "let's go home"

Meghna didn't understand his actions, Prabhas looked at her and said, "Let's go to your home, we have to talk about marriage correct ?"
