Well let’s get our moods lighter. As said in one of the forward ” women know how to live life in so much tension” yes that’s absolutely right! BINGO! On this one. We are playing saree challenge, mum child challenge and many others on what’s app. Not that we are not scared of COVID 19 but we women know how to deal with stress. Why because we all gals know “Darr k aage jeet hain” Well this one is my favorite inspirational line I have always reminded myself this line whether while learning a car or when I see the heap of work right in front of my eyes every morning! We all our missing our maids. Well, a few days of lockdown were very inspiring. All of us felt that we clean our homes much better than our maids! But today after so many days of lockdown many of us are still missing our maids and few of us have got adjusted to the routine! To me I feel wake up with energy, do your chores and just wind up! No more waiting and chasing the maid.

One more interesting side of this lockdown is exploring my culinary skills. I have always loved cooking but never got time in my busy schedule to discover that I can actually cook well.

To exaggerate I mean the special dishes, cakes, etc. which I preferred outsourcing. Now I feel more confident to cook. Thanks to Chef Kunal Kapoor videos on YouTube and many other budding chefs.

I have started enjoying fun plays with my daughter too. The way she cheats I can't stop laughing! Every day I am playing carrom, basketball with her in my living room. She reminds me of my childhood. Kids are so smart these days. When I have to go downstairs to buy veggies etc my daughter refuses to accompany me. When I ask her why dear earlier you never allowed me to go alone. Then why you don’t wanna come with Mumma. With her innocent face and sparkling eyes, she replies to me that there is a monster virus downstairs and policemen are beating people who go out! I was stunned by this reply from a 3year old. She is just way too understanding than her age and I am so very proud of her. She has well adjusted in her lockdown schedule. Studying, mobile time, playing with a kitchen set, playing with me everything is well organized by this little munchkin.

Gals just chill, take a break whenever you want to cook new meals for your children, play with them and enjoy every moment. We might not get this opportunity again! After the virus is destroyed we all will be busy with our jobs, our busy lives. Destroyed…yes, that’s what I mentioned because I believe in Maa Durga and she will destroy the demon named ‘COVID’ Till then keep smiling and think positively. Take care of yourself and family ♥️
