Lilly and the Star Dust

Don't be crazy. You can't reach him. He is far away from you. The pond warned a Lilly which fell in love with the moon.

Lilly has completely dedicated her soul to the moon. When the moonlight touched on her petals she became elated. She asked the moon to stay on earth. He said he cannot stay on earth. He has to go through waning and waxing phases every month by staying in the sky.

The pond in which Lilly is born has suggested her to do penance to impress Lord Shiva.

Lilly confidently started the penance. She forgot her limits, nature, and weather. As with time the Lilly got weak.

Whenever a deer or duck tries to eat the pond covered the Lilly by forming turbulence around it.

The insects and creatures got feared to go towards the Lilly.

Lord Shiva is delighted to see the devotion of the water lily. He appeared Infront of Lilly and asked its wish.

The Lilly said it always wants to be near and dear to the moon. Lord Shiva granted the boon to Lilly. He said when she does her soul becomes stardust and it will 

The Lilly died and became stardust. The stardust travels from one star to another whichever is nearer to the moon every month.

Whenever the moon is near to a star, it's the stardust that glows and appears in the moonlight. Lilly's love became eternal and the pond enjoyed seeing the stardust in the moonlight.
