Coffee from a Crush

He reminded me of the mid summer breeze, walking through the passages of the classroom in daze. It was a silly crush, my friends teased me to no ends. People with cute eyes and messy hairs never threw glance at girls with specs.

That was what I have been told since the day I called him the apple of my eyes.

To hell with your thoughts, they would say. Even so, I ended waiting for him in the breaks to watching him waltz through the sides of my classroom.

The silliest crush.

Maybe it was. That's why I felt the charm unleashing through me.

I exchanged our coffee cups once, when I stood beside him in the canteent. He sipped his drink and waited for his orders as he proceeded to pick a fallen thing from the ground, I exchanged our cups.

If the canteen lady noticed, she remained unbothered.

He took the cup and proceeded to walk outside, not before smiling at the cup being so pink!
