Julia was a very beautiful girl. She loved to do everything, But she had only one problem, her low IQ, which she got to know when :- One day, in Julia's school a new competition was organized in which once IQ was to be tested. Julia also participated in that competition. Everyone's IQ was normal but when it was Julia's turn, her IQ turned out to be very very low. Rhe teachers told Julia to do something to improve her IQ. Julia's classmates teased her by saying," You aren't intelligent at all! Poor girl with low IQ!" It grew so high that a girl beat Julia because of her low IQ. Julia cried and cried and went to her home. She closed the door of her room and she laid on her bed crying and crying. Julia's mother knocked the door many times but Julia didn't open the door. Julia's father broke the door and when Julia's parents entered in Julia's room they saw Julia crying a lot. Julia's mother asked her the reason. Julia explained everything what happened with her in the school.

 Julia: Mom! Why my IQ is low and why everyone teases me and beats me? From now on, I will never go to school!"

Mom: No Julia! Don't say like that! Why don't you told me your problem earlier? I have a solution for your problem! Today I will tell you some tips to improve your IQ. Try the tips every day and I'm sure you will ace it!

Julia: No! nothing will happen I will just stay like this with low IQ!

Mom: Julia! Just try my tips!

• You should do meditation everyday at least for 25 to 30 minutes. It calms your mind and it's the best trick to increase your IQ!

• You can also listen to music for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Listening to music helps your brain develop a lot.

• You can chew chewing gums. It's very beneficial to improve your IQ.

• You can brush with your opposite hand. It is believed that it increases IQ.

• You can write diary entry. Writing diary always helps you in many ways. It makes you completely productive and you don't forget any important event because of this habit of writing diary.

• You should set goal for anything you want to do.

• The next most important trick to improve IQ is sleeping. Take small small naps whenever you get time. Take a nap for 15 to 20 minutes, it's called power nap. Just take power nap to improve your IQ.

• Nowadays, technology has improved alot. You can save the numbers in your phone but if you want to improve your IQ, learn some phone numbers from your phone.

• You should also review your dreams. I know it's completely impossible to review the whole dream but whatever you remember, review it. It is very very beneficial for improving IQ.

• Deep breathing is also important for increasing IQ. Whenever you feel anxious , breath deeply. You will gain confidence after that.

• Always and always keep hydrating yourself, keep drinking water.

 Follow these steps and I am sure your IQ will be increased. Julia followed the tips given by her mom. After 2 months, one more competition of testing IQ was organized in Julia's School. In that competition, Julia give her best and she secured the first position in the competition. All the students who were beating and teasing Julia ,came and apologized Julia for their mistake. Julia understood that, Practice really makes a man perfect! She always followed the tricks given by her mom.
