On a certain blissful day, Ritika, a college going girl was travelling by the local train to reach her home from university. Suddenly it grew dark and it started raining pouring outside and the train was in halt for 10 minutes near an abandoned station.

Ritika was eating a cream roll while glancing outside and became a witness to a bittersweet yet inspiring event. She saw that some labourers took shelter under an old discarded train compartment. It was too dangerous to be under it during such a heavy rainfall.

But here they were not paying attention to such hurdles in life. To think about it, in their lives these challenges were inevitable but they faced it together with laughter and happiness.

One among such labourers noticed a fainted child out on the tracks and without any further delay went to pick him up and gave him the only piece of loaf he had to make him sober.

Ritika thought about this and was filled with a heartfelt of emotions. She was impressed by the poor man's unwavering sense of kindness for others even when he had so little for himself. She thought within herself, "If only we could start becominge generous, only then will we be able to surpass the greatest."

From this small incidents which happens all over the world will someday make an era. Hurmanity is alive but not within the rich but in those neglected by the society. If only we come forward and take one small step, the world would be such a better place.
