Hoor, The Girl

Introduction

We always underestimate the power of a girl considering her weak but we are really wrong. Maybe, a girl would be physically weak or emotionally weak but who handles a house, who handles a family, who handles a budget, who handles healthy plans, and most importantly, who handles a life? It is a Girl.

In this book, we will discuss the life of a girl through the character of  

Hoor, a 10-year-old girl.

SCENE 1,

HOOR!!! WAKE UP!! 

Hoor hears Amma's voice. She wakes up from her bed and walks towards her washroom. She does her all morning chores. She enters the kitchen

and sits in the front row.

Amma: Hoor, why are all you wearing half sleeves shirts? I told you to enter the kitchen in a long garment! And why are you sitting on the front row, Abba and Baijan are supposed to be sitting there!

Hoor: Amma! Why are there always so many rules for us girls? If Baijan wears a shirt, then I can too! Plus, if men can sit on the first row, then we can too!

Amma: Don't argue!!! Go and change your clothes and don't mind sitting in the first row!!!

Hoor does everything that her mother told her to do.

Scene 2,

Hoor enters her classroom.

Ajaz Sir: Hoor!!! Yesterday we announced that girls will not attend the education classes, so please mind going to the Girl classes to learn Girl chores!

Hoor: Girl Chores???

Ajaz Sir: Cooking, Dusting, etc.

Scene 3,

Hoor is now devasted when she thought about the things that a girl has to face every day.

She now makes her mind to end this violence.

The next day, instead of going to school, she goes to the nearest government office without even informing her parents. The government officials help her a lot and abolish the violence against girls.
