Gym Trainer

Today was a new day, the first day of me making positive changes to my life. My name is John and I'm just about to turn 19 years old. I was a fairly smart dude, first in all my classes, scholarship to engineering college, doing great in all my college classes. My academics were doing great, but my social life was non existent. I didn't have too many friends, I was bit of a loner, some would even say a nerd. I always focused on school and studying because I wasn't good at anything else. My size always made me feel embarrassed and in turn, I stayed to myself and didn't interact with people. I'm incredibly small for my age. I was always below average in size but now, it definitely shows. Most people my age are atleast 5'7 ft tall. I'm only 4'9 ft tall and weigh around 80 lbs. I was all bones, no real muscle on me at all.
