Nina is a straightforward person...no drama...no malice... She always walked the path of righteousness...and always believed in destiny...

But destiny had some crooked plans for her...

She always wanted a man who was good and trustworthy...

She got one.... who faked to be so...

She believed in him and in his sweet words...

She weaved a beautiful world of dreams and ideals...She closed her eyes to the rest of the world and had only him in her every breath and thought...She was so mad in love with him that she stopped living for herself...She emerged so well into his life that she hardly existed ...

Happy years passed...

And

Fresh breezes stopped...

Gales began to blow...

Dark clouds and thunderstorms began in her life...

She shivered like a dry leaf in that cruel rough weather of her life...

The reason being her broken trust...To her utter disbelief, she discovered some hidden pages in her man's life... The ugly chapters... which were there before and still continuing....

Her world shook...

She confronted him... pleaded with him....

Stressed that "BEING TRUE" is to be truthful to yourself, not faking it for others...

She vowed that she can still love him if he stays true...

He made PROMISES... again & again... only to be broken...

She made COMPROMISES... time & again...trying hard to hold together her broken pieces of heart with feeble threads of her breaking trust...

One cold night gave the last blow to her dying trust in him... Her already broken heart was now shattered into tiny shapeless pieces which can no longer be held together, even if she wishes so...

At last, their love and everything that existed between them was over... She was left alone with her never-ending tears...

The next few days were the hardest in her life... Never before had she felt so helpless!... Never even in her wildest dreams, she thought she could be so lonely and so cheated!...

Her dreams were dead...

Her trust was killed...

She could see no hope to live...

Days passed... The tears in her eyes dried up... She was leading a mechanical life... Her house which she always kept spick and span was full of dust and dirt... Her beautiful plants were full of weeds... Her life was full of sadness...

Time passed very slowly...

Nina didn't like the way her life is going...

Being an optimistic person, she was always positive about life... But now she is struggling hard...

Where is that optimism?

Where is all her strength?

When life threw her a challenge, has she become meek?

She doesn't want to be a failure...

She want to be someone who can fight back and stand tall...

She distanced herself and her thoughts from the pain... She viewed herself not as a victim but as a witness or a spectator to all the agony...

She didn't regret that she loved such a person... because she respected her love... maybe that person is not worthy of that love...

It's ok! Mistakes do happen...But they are not so worthy to repent about them throughout the life...

She wanted to make a fresh beginning!

Yes! A fresh beginning!

Fresh beginnings always do exist...

Only we have to welcome them...

She started afresh...

Slowly and steadily...

She started finding joy and purpose in life even in the minute things of her life... like sitting in the balcony of her little apartment, looking at the plants placed there while taking a sip of coffee from her favorite coffee mug, and listening to her favorite music...

As days passed, she had outgrown her pain...

She was back on her track...

Her house was once again a beautiful place to live...spick and span...

Her plants and planters were glowing with care...

Life seemed much more beautiful, cheerful, and purposeful...

Thanks to her positivity...thanks to her effort to fight back... thanks to her acknowledgment that mistakes do happen... thanks to her zeal to get back on track....

Life is too simple...

Whether to complicate it or to replicate it with joy is in our hands...

YES!!!

ONLY IN OUR HANDS!!!

and...

FRESH BEGINNINGS.....

DO EXIST!!
